Dr. Cook has been my doctor for over 30 years. He is a wonderful, kind, highly educated, caring man. I am so blessed to have him as my doctor and friend. His staff is also wonderful, kind and caring people. May God continue to bless this very essential and needed Staff and Business!

The best family dr I've ever been n to hands down and the staff is so nice and courteous. Just a great group of drs and staff who really care about their patients regardless of the type of insurance you have which is very rare in my own experience.

Great doctors. But never calls back and never send in refills. The nurse always says she will tell Valerie and never does. My mother has been without her medicine for over a week and has called 3 times a day every day.

Went here once because my normal dr I see wasn’t available to see me and I seen more of a nurse here not the main dr but she was awful I won’t ever be back.
