I would personally and sincerely say that after reading all the reviews I chose to take a chance with Monarch Auto Sales and my experience with them was amazing not only did they find me a great vehicle that was affordable but to my liking as well, I was and is very satisfied if I could give them 10 stars I would. I have searched tirelessly and endlessly for a vehicle shopping around from dealerships to dealerships that just gave me the run around, not Monarch they give you all the knowledge and information to fit you with the best price and vehicle possible they just don’t throw you in anything. Alex was great! He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear like all the other dealerships he told me what I needed to hear and was very informative throughout the whole process. I’m a first time buyer and after all the run around and frustration and when I wanted to give up God sent Alex my way to help me purchase a vehicle. I’m forever grateful. This is my favorite car rental service. Everyone is so polite and friendly, highly knowledgeable and professional. The vehicles provided are really nice, comfortable, clean vehicles. The prices are affordable and the service is always quick and efficient. Cedric and Mr. David have been of the biggest helps my entire time doing business with them. I’ve rented a car for three months due to my car being in an accident and it was one of the easiest experiences for me. I would definitely recommend going here!

I’ve used this rental place one time before. I had a great experience. Easy and fast. Everyone in the office is always pleasant and friendly. Mr. Edwin assisted me this time. He was wonderful as usual. I will definitely keep coming back to this place.

I have had problems with my car for awhile. With no credit card, I needed to find a place I could rent a car until mine was repaired. Monarch took great care of me. Very friendly and approachable staff.
If there is any problem with the car you rent, they will take care of it immediately.

I never knew you could purchase cars from a rental location! So I got more bang for my buck! The customer service was always pleasant and professional. Mr. Edwin Harris, Mr. David Lanzer, and Mr. Alex Bodiford helped me get the car I wanted and didn't pressure me to live outside my means! I loved the entire car buying experience. I was looking for a bigger vehicle because I've always had small cars, Alex did an awesome job in locating the perfect vehicle that I was looking for, which happened to be one of my favorite cars. I wanted to be in a lower price range or about the same that I was paying for the little car. Alex worked it out, I did not get a lower payment, but my payments were about the same, but a much bigger vehicle this time, I cannot complain. I'm a happy customer. I would definitely recommend Monarch Auto Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle, especially if you were in a difficult situation as I was. Alex is definitely the go to guy.

I was in High Point, NC, for a week for ShowTime, the textile fabric show. I airport taxes on rental cars almost double the price of the car rental. I didn't want to pay all those fees. By accident, I found Rent-A-Wreck. Oh how happy I was to find Rent-A-Wreck. The name is a bit not correct because the cars are not wrecked.

The people who picked me up to and from the airport were so professional, and the conversation was awesome. Jennifer worked with me throughout the booking process and to completion when I returned the car. From driving a week, I only had to fill the compact car up once with $20 of gas.

I had no issues with the car. It's a very good business concept, renting used cars, selling used cars. I wouldn't mind owning one myself. I wish this company continued growth and expansion. Renting a car from them kept my budget in line and it was pleasant.

Let me share this out of full transparency. In a traditional rental, the car is cleaned up. They didn't have time to clean it, but it didn't bother me. I really like this company.

Just bought my wife a car from here and she loves it. Wonderful customer service everytime you go inside. They treat you like family. They'll make sure you have something you like at a good price. They have my business and support. If you need a car go check then out!!!!
