fantastic office! ladies at the front desk are so nice. Dr. Gay is absolutely incredible. Being a first time mom I have a thousand questions and she actually takes the time to listen to my concerns and always fits us in for an appt when needed. she goes above and beyond and is incredibly caring when doing her job. Highly recommend Dr. Gay!

We have seen each provider in the office and have loved them all! Dr. Abbey is our primary and has helped us through some very difficult times with a smiling face and great advise. The office works well together as a whole. We LOVE Eagle Pediatrics!

Dr. Quinlan is an absolutely amazing physician! She is caring, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Both of my little girls love her which is a HUGE plus. (If you only knew my daughters. lol)

Fortunately, I've only had great results when booking and/or rebooking appointments and the administrative staff have been very professional. As a family, we are very happy here!

We absolutely love Dr. Quinlan and the staff at Eagle Pediatrics. They take such good care of our twins and they take all of our concerns serious. Our premature twins are thriving because of Dr. Quinlan. The Dawkins family is very pleased with this practice.

My kids have been patients of Dr. Quinlan for almost 20 years. Such a great doctor and practice. I’ve never had any issues with her and the staff.

I LOVE this practice! My son has been seeing Dr. Quinlan and she is very thorough. We have been seeing her for about 2 years now and I dont plan to take him anywhere else. We saw Dr. Gay once and she's just as wonderful! The staff is friendly, nurturing, and encouraging. I highly recommend this practice!

Very professional and excellent staff and doctor, Dr. Gay is the best we have had in 2 states... Thank you very much for taking care of our little one. Glad we found this place...

All of my children have had the privilege of having Dr. Aveline Quinlan as their primary care physician We were patients of hers before she came to the Eagle family. So that means we've been with her for several decades. She is absolutely wonderful physician and every parent should hope for a Pediatrics Physician like her. However her support staff( Yvonne & Kim)terrible.

Absolutely terrible communication. All we needed was a signed off form saying our daughter was up to date on vaccinations for school (She is 100% fully vaccinated, vaccines are great). She is entering 2nd grade so her vaccinations haven’t changed since kindergarten, and both previous doctors/schools she went to had no issues with her vaccinations. On the first visit they said they couldn’t confirm her polio vaccine so they would need to check on that before signing off. We sent in records to show it and they said they’ll send us the school form. A week passes. Wife calls, gets told everything is good and the school form is in the pile of to-do paperwork and she’ll get it Monday at the latest. We call back on Wednesday (were nearing 2 weeks at this point), get transferred a few times and get told the record we sent is not enough and they need to either re-vaccinate her or send them more records… this whole wait could’ve been avoided had they just looked at the record we sent them on the day of her appointment (which shows she is vaccinated) and either ‘A) Actually read the record’ or ‘B) Called us to tell us to send a different record then’. I have no issue with sending over additional records but don’t appreciate being lied to because someone can’t bother to do their job. Right after the call we send them a new record. We tell them during the call we are sending them a new record, so keep an eye out… had to call them AGAIN after 2 more days of waiting to finally be told they were doing it right now and we’d get it by end of day. Each call was filled with excuses and contradictions to the previous calls. We finally got the form 2 weeks after the original appointment.
If this sounds frustrating to you then I highly recommend finding a different pediatrician, one that knows how to use a phone, how to read medical records, how to check emails, and how to generally be professional.

Both of my daughters were going here to see Dr.Gaye. She is awesome she’s good with the kids and she actually takes the time to listen to your concerns. My low rating is due to them being dismissed due to missing an appointment for my youngest daughter. Will definitely find a better place to take them to no worries.

This would be a no for me. After giving them professionally the benefit of the doubt several times. The administrative staff is a nightmare and has and will result in more people leaving this practice. The staff is very rude and not accommodating. I have so many experiences with my children and business wise that my husband and I have decided to part ways with this practice. We initially were recommended by a friend and I believe we stayed for years hoping it will get better once they changed locations and staff. It didn’t. There is
lack of organization, staff is unprofessional and speaks to parents with the worst attitude. It’s just not worth it. If you are a parent that doesn’t care about being spoken down to, or your children not getting accurate diagnosis or being neglectful of parents concerns then well this is the place for you. Glad to have moved on. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get sued in the future and close their practice due to families having enough. The doctors are ok, but the staff is just horrible.

I have been paying out of pocket for my sons visits and had to pay $160 for his 2 year well check… that’s fine, I understand it costs $$. However, I received a bill for $135 and called to see what it was for. She said that charge is for a discussion of speech therapy. Absolutely ridiculous that they charge you that much money for the dr to simply say he needs to talk more and could need speech therapy. (When I called the speech therapist she had no concerns so it seems like they say those things to make some more money) It’s unfortunate because I really liked this office but I am extremely frustrated and am switching ASAP.

Edit: if you’re looking for a great pediatrician go to Triad Pediatrics on east Chester. I paid less than $100 more for 4 appointments then I did one here, and the doctors are amazing!

My child has been a patient at Eagle pediatrics since birth. We were referred from my OBGYN. My son who is now 8 months was experiencing an aggressive cough. I called this morning around 8:30am to schedule an appointment. The receptionist told me that she could possibly schedule a televisit and she would speak Dr. Q and let me know. Hours pass and I’m still waiting on a phone call. I happen to check my email around 12:30pm to find out they scheduled me at 1:15pm without checking and verifying if I was available. I called the office back and the receptionist stated that Dr. Q wanted to do a televisit followed by a office visit. I would have been ok with that if they had confirmed the time with me first. I’m a working mom. Yep It’s unfortunate because we LOVE Dr. Q but there have been other incidents prior to this with her staff. At this point my husband and I decided to find my son another pediatrician.

Dr. Quinlan is a good doctor. If not but a bit outdated, she is thorough and consistent. But if your child is sick, you better buckle up for a video conference visit charge and a covid test before they’ll think about seeing them in office. My son is 2 and has had 6 covid tests in his life already thanks to them. He stays at home with me, with very little chance of contracting the virus.

All but one of the administration staff drives me nuts. They are rude when you call and rude when you are checking out. They prebook your appointments a year in advance and don’t have the technology to remote access the files and alert their patients if they are not opening on time so you show up for an appointment they canceled on you. If the time they booked you doesn’t work, they’ve already filled every other time slot and so you’re SoL. But maybe just maybe if you call the day before the appointment, they can move that time for you. They petty rebook you in the wrong time slot, when you specifically told them you can’t do that time. And when you show up for the time you thought you agreed upon, the nicer front desk lady is the one who has to tell you your appointment was actually at 11 and you’re very very late. But it’s okay, they’d be willing to work you in if you just wait around even longer with an angry two year old. Yeah, no. we’ll be finding somewhere else that values us as a patient and our time.

Unfortunately they double charged me during well-checkup for a question i think it’s totally well-check up question. They cover themself by letting me know that I signed the paper upfront. Sad that they look at patients as head counts and the dr fills in the quota. Be careful for what you are asking on a well-check up if you want to avoid the double charges!!! Bad decision on dr’s part who belongs to that practice. Moving from them ASAP.
