Filled up our cart and then the alarms went off and they kicked everyone out. The fire trucks came, which my daughter loved. Overall exciting for a Sunday.

I must admit that this location of The Home Depot has always impressed me. Many of the employees that I have dealt with here have been friendly. There is this one guy in paint by the name of Tim who is always friendly and helpful when I need to have some paint mixed. He goes above and beyond in friendliness and servitude. There is this worker by the name of Dan who is another really friendly individual who has a whole lot of character and personality. Mark is another really friendly employee who works there. There is this extremely friendly manager whom I have dealt with by the name of Manzor(sp?). There is this wonderful either Hispanic or Latina cashier that works the register by the lumber department who is more than a delight to work with, as well.

I am going to be 100% honest in what I am about to say in this review. According to my experience, if a customer goes into the Home Depot on West Wendover Ave. and has the pleasure of working with any of these individuals, then they will be treated more like a family member than they will like a customer.

This has to be the best Home Depot I have EVER been to. The entire store was clean, uncluttered isles and full of friendly staff. The selection of merchandise is huge! This is the first hardware store I have ever been to that actually has the hardware section organized. There weren’t open boxes with random nuts and bolts everywhere. The best Home Depot EVER!!!

Talked to Derick on the way in and he seems like an awesome guy. Everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly. We were directed to exactly what we needed and the craft event for kids was amazing as well.

Mark in the flooring department was a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and was very knowledgeable about the products in his department. His kindness was evident in his willingness to listen to my needs and help me find the perfect flooring solution for my home. Overall, I had a great experience working with Mark and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of flooring assistance.

I went to buy a new propane grill. the one I have been wanting for two years was so nice but When we got there i found that a new model had just been introduced. Man it was so full of features like a new built in smoker box that really caught my attention. Needless to say i bought it. The best part started after my purchase. Im an old crippled guy. But had to load this grill in a van. (No truck) a wonderful young man named shelton rolled my grill out. Moved junk around in the van in order to lay the seats downinto the floor. Then took the lid off of the grill so it would fit indide the van. Then took the mobility cart that i was using back into the store when we was leaving and headed home.. That young man is what makes the home depot my favorite store on the planet. He deserves some praise and a bonus. Awesome people makes life awesome. I love that big ole orange store. Staff is always friendly and very helpful, when we do park side pk up the communication is on point, I recommend this location highly, great staff.

A great place to go and get tools. The prices a competitive and the employees can answer just about any question you might have.

Home Depot is nearby, so it’s easy to get in and out. They had what I needed. I even checked out with self pay. No problem. An associate did help me locate the item.

Good customer service and they always there to help you.

We’ve made purchases many times at this Home Depot. The employees I’ve encountered the last few times have been more than willing to help. Kay in the paint dept was very patient in helping me choose a wood stain. We will continue to shop here.

The Best Customer Service!!! I had a return, the cashier made it so easy and then walked me over to what I needed to purchase and assisted me with it. I will definitely be using this Home Depot store going forward!!

Chad in garden equipment was very helpful in showing me how the Echo gas weed trimmer worked. He was knowledgeable about the product first hand. He also offered to help me load much and garden soil so that my check out was quick and effortless. THANKS!

It has been such a pleasure working with Mark (in flooring) at the 4425 W. Wendover, Greensboro, NC. As a former Corporate Retail employee of Lowe's Inc., I must say that Mark's customer service far exceeded my expectations. More importantly, his attention to detail; timely follow through on questions; knowledge/expertise within his department and throughout the store; and above all ensuring that the customer needs are met are characteristics every employee should exemplify.

Mark's customer centric approach didn't go unnoticed...in fact, there were customers waiting nearly 20min to talk to him because they over-heard his interaction with me. This is certainly a model that any company would want to incorporate consistently at all levels within an organization.

After visiting the store today to process payment for the carpet installation, I had a few "more" questions regarding the padding and he offered to call HDS to get clarification. I didn't want to inconvenience him as I knew he was getting ready to log off work and it would likely take about 20min, but he assured me that it wouldn't be an issue and even offered to pay for a bag of pretzels and bottle of water.

I have really enjoyed my experience with Home Depot and will certainly recommend my family and friends to this store and to request to work with Mark.

2. Assistant Store Manager and Associate in millwork (forgot to get their names), who helped me select base boards; shoemold; measure and cut them down to size
