Just purchased a house and Kelly was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her professionalism is incredible. Always timely and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Her team also makes the process much easier. Alex sent me very simple emails to make sure I had all the numbers and links needed to transfer utilities and stay up to date on closing procedures. I just close on the house and I am so happy with the purchase. Her and her team took a lot of the stress out of buying a home.

I’d also like to note that Kelly helped me sell a house in 2018, which was another awesome experience. We had the house on the market for 2 days before it sold. During the due diligence period we found out that a room addition needed some AC work done so that the room could be added to the square footage. Kelly organized everything to get that taken care of and I was able to sell the house for 15k over what I expected.
