Really happy with my recent purchased. Bought my last pair almost 4 yrs ago that I wore 6 days a week on a concrete slab floor. It’s real comfortable and makes you feel less tired by the end of the day. Now I’m back for a new pair. They’re all very helpful and professional. Definitely recommend this place!

Bought a pair of SR Max boots, which is the store brand, and they are more comfortable than $200.00 boots out of the box. The true test will be 12 hour days on concrete floor. Love them so far. Great Customer service.

After going to the store closest to my house and them not having mine or my daughters sizes in stock, we bit the bullet and took a ride to their Greensboro location. The associate, John, was so helpful, professional, and friendly. The store is very well kept and clean. They also have quite a large inventory and had our sizes in stock!! It was very personal as well - you picked out the shoe and let the associate know what size you need and he went into the back to get the shoe. It’s also conveniently located off of 85 (I would say about 2 miles off the highway). we went on a Saturday morning and hit no traffic and it was a pleasant drive as well. We had such a positive experience that we are going to go the extra distance just for the professionalism and definitely go to this location moving forward. Compared to the other locations, the Greensboro location is definitely more organized. In the Charlotte store, the shoes were displayed with the available stock out of the floor and if it wasn’t visible, we were told they didn’t have it. Thank you John and the Greensboro team and location for the positive experience!!

Our company uses the mobile shoe truck to supply our employees with safety shoes and it is a successful program. I have had a really difficult time finding shoes that do not cause pain while walking around on a concrete floor. I tried inserts including inserts from a local store that provided a scanner to verify correct fit. Nothing worked, there was pain from walking that went into the next morning after getting out of bed. Then I found out SAF-GUARD provided a scanner in the Greensboro store. I decided to make the drive on the weekend and give it a try. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and taken to the Aetrex scanner. After the scan the salesman discussed with me the choices that I had concerning the inserts. He them took me to a shoe and after trying them on it felt better. I decided to purchase the inserts and shoes. The first week I was doubtful, I was still in pain, and there was very little relief. Week two I noticed that my feet didn't hurt while I was at home. Now my are 90% better and I am able to walk around the facility with little pain. Highlights- The customer service was awesome. The Aetrex system really helped me and was worth the 2 hour drive to Greensboro. I am hopeful that SAF-GUARD will get the Aetrex scanners on the mobile shoe trucks, this is very beneficial to people with foot issues. Thank you SAF-GUARD and Aetrex.

I recently had a great experience with your team that I wanted to share. I had started having issues with the work boots I purchased six months ago. My wife reached out to your team and was put thru to Lee a district manager. He immediately got in contact with me too listen to my situation. He assured me that Scott the store manager and his team would be more than willing to take care of my issue. I thought I would at least have to pay the difference in making an exchange on a very expensive pair of boots. When I got there Scott didn't hesitate to ask what shoe I preferred , brought it out and made sure it was fitted great and told me to have a nice day. I really appreciate what great customer service both Lee and Scott showed me.

The customer service that was good they make sure they compare your feet to the right shoes and they work well with you and they were very friendly yes and I will go back and recommend other people to try and find the right shoes for your feet

I came into your Greesboro store on 4-5-21 looking for some work boots. I was greeted by two great guys who wanted to help me right away. This was my first time shopping at this store and there is a wide selection of safety shoes. I found exactly what I was looking for. The two associates were kind and possessed excellent customer service skills. I was a satisfied customer walking out the door.

Wide range of options and stylish too. I've never seen steel toed shoes in those many styles and colors. Price range was a bit high but worth every penny in looks and comfort.

Awesome selection of steel toed slip resistant shoes, especially for women. Wesley the sales associate was super friendly and very eager to help. He ensured i was happy and satisfied. Prices were very reasonable.

It took awhile to find my shoes since they have so much in the warehouse. The safety shoes are not cheap but much higher quality than you can find anywhere else

Great if your employer pays or gets you a discount on footwear. Prices are a little high otherwise. Decent selection, helpful employees. Their onsite truck is nice when available.

Great store !! Has a good selection of work boots for the everyday workers need. Heavy, light, walking or standing. Sales people are great ! A +++ experience. Definitely my go to store for work boots now!
