Great place to do business, Excellent staff. Not to mention the high quality footwear, I'm on concrete all day. Sometimes in high moisture environments. The model 2240 boot has not let me down.

This store is by far the best red wing store around the customer service is off the chart it doesn't even register. Out of 5 stars I give them 10. If you're looking for a work boot or a hunting boot or just a around the house shoe or boot that is top notch highest quality this is the place to go. I most definitely will be back in the future this is my second pair and I wear them everyday doing the most strenuous of work 12 to 18 hours a day in the most hazardous and caustic environments. The average boot or shoe would not last a few months these last almost a year which is at the least to say insane the only reason I replaced is that my company furnishes a new boot every 9 months.

Luke was so helpful I called ahead to see if they had my shoe explained my problem. He was able to help me find a work boot that fit my needs completely. come here if you want good courteous customer service I wear a size 5 1/2 could not find it anywhere, except Luke was able to help me find a shoe that works for me

Super happy with my experience; I already did the research and knew more or less what I wanted. The sales guy was great, listened patiently, and made reasonable suggestions based on what I asked about. I ended up buying a pair of 1907s, and they're great. Their hours don't exactly mesh with my work schedule, and they're not open on Sundays, but don't let that make you miss out on a great sales experience.

The best shoe shopping experience I have ever had. Shoes are a little pricey. But if you value your feet & are on them the majority of the day, as most of us are, these are the shoes you need. They will literally change your life in the most positive way ever.

Awesome experience, probably the most comfortable work boots I have ever owned and I didn't even have to wear them in. They are a little lose because I am flat-footed, according to the technology provided by Red Wing Shoes, so I will need to get an arch support and try that out. My feet are happy already though. Thanks to the gentlemen who helped me and my colleague out. It would be nice to consider more women's safety shoes though, my colleague had less to choose from than a male counterpart.

Did some research before going in and was pretty confident I wanted the boots with the Boa lace system. The gentleman asked for my number, instantly got my shoe size/layout, and then he brought out 3 pairs of shoes. Picked out which one I liked best, checkout was quick and simple. This is my third visit here and I've had great experiences every time. Thank you redwing for a positive experience and look forward to continue doing business here.

Best pair of boots I have ever owned! They have a machine that measures your feet and not only gives the correct shoe size, but recommends the proper insert, as well. I have wide feet and they were able to put my boots on some kind of device that stretched them without damages. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and genuinely wants to see you in the right boot for your needs. Customer for life!

Outstanding service! Was greeted by both employees while entering. Measured my feet to the dime and even got form-fitting insoles that fit like a glove. Very professional and friendly. I don't know what all the other reviews were about in regards to poor service, these guys are too notch!

If you got to have slip resistant or steel toe shoes or just have foot pain and want to comfortable pair of shoes that are going to last and last, check out the Red Wing store. Now don't get me wrong oh, you may experience a little bit of sticker shock when you first go in because all the Footwear is expensive, very expensive. This is one of those rare cases though where you get what you pay for, and I'll never wear another boot made by another brand again
