Community America Credit Union is the most customer friendly financial services company I have dealt with. They are there to help and always go the extra mile for their members.

Moved from KC and was happy to have my bank of choice out in St. Louis! I walked in 15 minutes before close on a Tuesday to get something notarized without an appointment and the notary was more than happy to work with me on my document. Super friendly!

I have never enjoyed banking so much! I call the ladies here my gaurdian angels. They know me they care about me. They remember little details about me. Every visit I feel so welcome. You just don't get that everywhere. Great credit union! Awesome people! They go above and beyond!

Better than banks

I am changing my review since the system conversion. I have spent much time (over 3 1/2 hours on the phone) straightening out the biggest mess I have ever seen in my checking accounts, and in my credit card account. Plus every time I go to the local branch the visit takes 15 to 20 minutes instead of 5 minutes. The original local team is still great, but I do not believe they completely understand the new system. Something was not converted properly. Please fix this mess. I am close to leaving this credit union.

Worst bank ever , people that work here are the laziest people you’ll ever encounter the will cuss you out , yell, and do whatever to make your life harder .

They’ve since been turned into the attorney general for the malicious acts

Find another bank to bank with if I were you

I have been a member for 42 years and until recently service has been very good however now nothing can be handled. I deposited a check in the ATM at the St. Louis Airport location on Sunday morning, after much churning the ATM sent a paper stating...call your bank service. I was leaving that day so on Monday I tried 3 times to call that location, never got an answer or a call back
The check was for over $4,000.00 so I was concerned but they did not care,
Only after 5 days the check went into my account with NEVER a call back or
NOTIFIED check had been found. Needless to say I will be banking elsewhere.

ATM shut off with our card and check still unavailable to get it back
