Thank u for taking my food allergy serious. The food was amazing fast getting to us even with the huge order and busy time of the day.

Always enjoy going through drive thru. Theres one lady we always get a good laugh with.

Staff is always very friendly and service is fast

At 4 PM yesterday (10/29) I stopped specifically for a Sweet Tea and a couple of nuggets for my dogs. Let me tell you, that was one of the finest glasses of tea I’ve had in years. Perfectly brewed (strong) tea and not one grain of sugar too many! I want to give a shout out to the crew, and will be sure to stop next time I’m in Shawano!

I'm very pleased and appreciative of the great service and the upbeat attitude of employees. I was still treated with decency after adding a pie at the pay window and everything was in my bags that I ordered which was alot!! Great job guys and gals ☺. You've done an amazing job in my eyes today and made me feel happy and less stressed, just because of the simple fact of getting through the line no issues and positive smiling faces with good attitudes!!

ISSAC at 810 am was cleaning the outside windows and those windows looked EXCELLENT !! Cleanest I've seem them in a while and I worl across the road at dollar tree so I'm there alot! He was polite and considerate of me driving too making

Classic Favorite. One of my first jobs. Love the food anytime any day McDonald's has always made me happy. Keep up the innovative changes n keep bringing back the classics. Wish your Kennedy Avenue location in Appleton was 24 hours;) 💘

It's a McDonald's yes but I really enjoyed this one because the drive through person was awesome! Joked around with her and she joked back. Plus they didn't mess up our order in any way. And they were super busy!!! Kudos to this McDonald's!!!! Will go back to this one if I'm in the area.

This is one of the best McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. They have a rockstar crew! The crew actually listens to our order, properly recites it back and the guy at the second drive through window actually read off the order before handing us the bag. Props!! Two thumbs up!

This McDonald's is pretty solid. I love the $1 soda deal. Located in the central part of town, easy to do a quick drive through when short on time. The drive through can be jammed during the busy hours, but it's still my preferred drive through.

Went to McDonald’s yesterday. It did take a good amount of time, but everyone know you guys are very short staffed. Thank you for trying and actually working! even if most people don’t see it, some of us know your working very hard. Thank you.

McDonald's Shawano Wisconsin has a new design inside it looks great now that they deliver the food right to your table the service is fantastic my mother seems to love that and McDonald's food is always good comes to your table piping hot Burgers & Fries & cherry pies sodas and Shakes and ice cream cones you know what they say about their food I'm

The people who work the windows are always so kind to us! We get coffee every day and look forward to seeing the young ladies and young men who serve.

Fast and accurate service. Love the app and the rewards you get! Lobby is open, curbside and drive through as well!

They did a fine job today it was busy yet the food was still correct and they remembered to not fill my drinks with ice

Ordered our usual iced coffee and this Shawano McD in Wisconsin got it right! Most other locations didn’t understand our special instructions.

I ordered 15 mcchickens for my very full house, they had it ready and out super fast and was hella fresh. Thanks!

Getting more expensive for poorer food items & the ice cream or flurry machine is always broken no matter which location you choose!
