Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel St. Louis

The renovated rooms here are exceptional. Wonderfully appointed. There's still some remodeling left on a few floors, but they're on the right course. The immediate Plaza area has lots of food, drink, and entertainment options. We have a special shout out for hotel lounge bartender Perry, who was a fantastic host following our long day of travel. We'll plan to stay here again.

Great service! Our manager Jordan was the Best! He made sure all of our needs were met. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. I sat in the tub for hours! Breakfast was good and everyone had more than enough. The location was perfect for our event and other activities we wanted to do. Definitely putting this place on our stop list!

Awesome gym included with the stay. NO FREE BREAKFAST! For the price, it should come with continental breakfast, but it's almost 20 bucks! 2 minute walk to McDonald's, and that's better than the food served at the hotel.

Great customer service from Kim she solved several problems that no one else could and didn't complain that other team members kept passing the buck. Wish there were more people like her.

I got a renovated room but the problem was the noise of housekeeping staff starting from early morning and knocking doors even if you don’t request room service.

Breakfast in the lobby was pricy if you were on the go- but reasonable if you planned a leisurely breakfast.

Well-designed hotel facility offering spacious rooms, pool-area and other amenities.

There is a large breakfast area, as well as a fully-stocked bar area available, should you be so inclined.

I only gave three stars for service since I stayed two nights and there was no daily re-stocking of coffee or general room clean-up. Maybe I needed to request it, but given the cost of rooms, I expected more.

Otherwise, the rooms are nice, the beds comfortable, TV is available and the bathroom area was well-maintained. So kudos there!

The hotel connects to the Westport Village area, and is easily accessible.

We were in town to visit the children's hospital for our son. When Donna found out why we were there she was very kind to us and made us feel like family.
The room was nice and breakfast buffet was hot and tasty.

Excellent location for pleasure or business travelers with the best staff and customer services. Rooms are clean and maintain daily. Conference rooms can accomodate multiple size of group with access to local restaurants, stores, bars and an all kind of entertainment. Enjoy.

The place is very good for meeting and the front desk had some very good help one of the helpers was named Donna and when you need to ask for anything they were getting it as fast as possible when we needed some help at breakfast the young lady named Shelly was very good at helping it is a very good place to stay great employees great team.

Tasia helped make my experience incredible. There was a mishap with my shuttle from the airport to the hotel in which I ended up waiting 40 minutes at the airport in over 90 degree weather with my 7 year old daughter.

After calling the Sheraton the 3rd time I was routed to Tasia and she immediately took action, the shuttle was there minutes later.

The shuttle driver was actually really sweet when he came, not sure how the miscommunication occurred but he made up for it in his great customer service.

Then when I arrived at the Sheraton, Tasia went out of her way to make my stay comfortable due to the inconvenience experienced.

The hotel itself smells amazing, was clean, modern and comfortable.

I’d stay here again and a large part of the reason is due to the great customer service. Mishaps happen and you can pick any “nice” hotel but good customer service in my opinion is invaluable.

The best part of my stay was Pamela at the front desk. Our reservation was made by a group and they never put it in my name. When I arrived late at night there was no reservation for me. Pamela took care of the entire situation and got us a room quickly and resolved the billing issues. She was friendly and professional, as was everyone we encountered during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Parking garage was excellent. Again. Was here 3 years ago for personal reasons But this time it was for a job interview. The last minute personal visit was incomparable to this visit yet each time I left happy

Excellent and attentive staff but they seemed to always be extremely busy. Beautiful view from the rooms and beautiful decor.

Our hotel room was great in size and style. The bed was super comfy and the staff was even friendlier! We enjoyed our experience and hope to plan a return trip together!

Clean and luxurious. Lauren at the front desk was awesome. She was frieny and courteous. She went above and beyond to find milk for my 2 year old. The beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. We had the indoor pool to ourselves.

Hotel was beautifully updated inside, the outside left a little to be desired, but didn't effect us. The staff were incredibly helpful; upon opening the sleeper sofa, we found crumbs and dirt on the mattress. We contacted the staff and someone quickly came up and replaced all the bedding with a sincere apology. Very nice hotel.

Lovely little resort to stay at. The staff could be friendlier. When my husband and I checked in they gave us the wrong room and assumed we didn't book the big suite that we had already paid for based on our looks I suppose. But otherwise, a pleasant experience. The local Japanese steak house was great too.

My stay was over the top as the hotel staff is what makes the Sheraton Westport the best hotel in St. Louis.
I have stayed here many times over the years as I am a Platinum Elite and always enjoyed my stays but this time the staff made it the best ever.

I want to say thank you to the Front Desk team Simone, Wes, Justin, Cameron. They were all so professional, nice and so hospitable.
The back office team Madison, Anna and Sam were so professional and helped me with several items, they were great.

Also, thanks to Donna and Fari as they made my evenings in the bar the best, as they were so accommodating and nice. They made it a great time the evenings that I was in the bar/restaurant. The house keeping staff were so great as well. It was my first trip and hotel stay during the coronavirus but the staff made it so wonderful.

Thank you to the entire team for all that they did during my stay.

Stayed recently for a company meeting. Danelle was so patient with all of our needs as we planned for the event. I can't say enough great things about John--great attitude, great customer service, and such a pleasure! The building needs some updates, but the people are fantastic!
