Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel St. Louis

Had a great stay!! The General Manager (sorry i didn't get his name!) was very helpful. He suggested several places to visit for food and entertainment. My husband and I also had a nice conversation with him. I've never been in a hotel where the GM was so visible, they usually are hiding in their office.

The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the style of the decoration. Our room was very spacious and very clean. Would have liked to have been able to connect to streaming apps on the T.V. but there were enough channels to choose from.

All the staff were friendly, from housekeeping to management.

We would love to return for a visit after the improvements are done.

it was a really nice place to stay! the room was very nice and the staff were very helpful and kind. the surrounding area isn't the most walkable, but it's manageable.

Great hotel overall. Rooms were great but bathrooms are a bit small. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of construction when we visited but still able to park and enjoy the hotel.

Great experience at the Westport Chalet! Fantastic location with plenty of dining and entertainment options within a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained.

The best thing about my stay was the front desk clerk Sean. What an amazing guy. I could go on and on about his customer service, and friendliness, but words won’t justify how great that guy is. Way to go Sean, hope to see you again soon.

Company holiday luncheon. Beautifully appointed rooms, great bar service, excellent dining room service, and the food was good and timely.

It's an easy hotel to get to, plenty of parking and friendly staff.

I stayed before my flight to Cancun and loved it. Great rooms and pool was nice

My husband and I were part of the reunion for the Vietnam Riverine Unit this weekend. The hotel did such an amazing job honoring and serving these men and their families. We lacked for nothing, the service and food were amazing. We thank all of the staff for such a wonderful job.

My classmates and I celebrated our 40th Class Reunion here. Several of us stayed at the hotel so we wouldn't have to drive after the festivities. We had a blast! The food and the service were great and we loved our comfortable rooms ! Thank you, Sheraton Westport Chalet, for being so accomdating to my friends and I. We enjoyed everything! Your hospitality will never be forgotten!

Superb meals that were nutritious. The food was quite tasty, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly. I appreciated the crunchy vegetables. Having two serving tables accommodated our large group. The staff was most attentive and refilled serving dishes efficiently. Congratulations to the chef, servers, and food service personnel. Great job!

We came as a group of several hundred Vietnam vets. We really appreciate all your hospitality. The rooms were great and beds comfortable, and your staff is excellent and attentive. Thank you , I believe we will be back .

This is an older hotel but it has been kept up very well. The elevators are a little small for luggage carrier and people, but it can be done. The room was very nice with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is very nice, but toilet seats are not handicap accessible.The service and food at the restaurant was very good. The food in the banquet hall was great. Special thanks to concierge Irene for making our stay so nice.

This was an amazing place to have our family reunion. The staff was so accommodating to our needs. The pool was a great place for our group to cool off in between activities. They are pet friendly, food was delicious and they handled our group of 150 plus people without batting an eye.

The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. It had a very pleasant sweet smell. Having a room close to the elevator is not preferred due hearing people in the hallway or kids running down the hall. The breakfast had good options
The bartender made some bomb drinks. They were not watered down and full of flavor

Construction going on is chaos but all the amenities are wonderful even though. Definitely stands out from the rest of the buildings around it.

If you're looking for a super cool hotel. This is it! With a totally private pool outside. Awesome. Not only that you can walk around Westport plaza go up to the comedy club or the amazing Westport social this is an epic bar great games bands even karaoke if you re up for paying a small fee. The rest is free. But yeah! It's a wonderful adventure ☺. Check in check it out live it large! Fun

Wonderful staff. Great bartender comfy beds. Awesome makeup mirror in bathroom. Loved it. Will stay again if I'm ever in the area again

2nd stay here, easy to book, friendly staff even in the middle of the night when we showed up. Clean, amazing room. Was on the lower level which was amazing because had a walk out patio, if it wasn't cold and I wasn't drunk I'd have enjoyed that much more! Lol . Great stay.
