Comfort Inn St. Louis - Westport Event Center

The rooms were a bit interesting. The place smelled like weed. I had a good sleep, though. The time it took for me to check in was fast, which is good.

The front desk manager Gavyn is a rare gem. Great customer service. Very clean rooms. Wonderful helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. They are awesome.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The young gentleman at the front desk (not sure of his name but I think he wore glasses) was very kind and professional. The check-in/out process was very fast and easy. The room was clean. And breakfast in the morning was good. The woman working in breakfast area (blonde hair) went above and beyond. We will definitely be back when we are in the St. Louis area!

Wow! This hotel is under rated. The breakfast staff had it all down. They were awesome. Our room was very clean. Front desk at check in could have been a little more friendly. They told us the pool was open until 10 but it closed early because they thought it was going to storm. It never stormed and they didn’t reopen the pool. Kids were very sad.
Everything else was perfect. So so clean here. Good experience besides the pool issue.

Beds was absolutely comfortable. They were so kind.

Loved this hotel, we have stayed here 7 times before. I would have gave it a perfect 5, but my wife fell in the room, and hurt herself, not to bad. I believe management is going to do right by us. Up date::: the management went out of her way to make things right. We are coming back again.

Room had a few issues but staff was generally friendly enough. I didn't request a transfer so these problems didn't impact the stay too severely.

A few issues were several outlets were too worn down for use and the shower was leaking continuously. There was also a permeating smell of ramen in the room, but I would blame that on whoever was in there before me.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and well stocked on time, and staff were friendly enough. Generally an enjoyable enough stay.

So far I've only spent one night there. This will be a multi night stay. The beds are comfy!! They are not memory foam but just the way I like. It is not a new hotel. I noticed some smells in the hall. Pets are allowed, which noticed a barking dog. Luckily couldn't hear it in my room. So for the staff there has been extremely helpful and nice. If there are any other issues good or bad by the end of the stay I will come back and update this review.

My wife and I stayed there last night in the executive suite. Front desk Quinton and his assistant went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Very professional and hospitable. We will be back. 5 star staff

I was expecting it to be worse than what we received actually. The room was clean and there wasn't any mildew/mold smell.
My husband loved the hot breakfast.
The dogs didn't keep you awake either. Thankfully I didn't have to smell any cigarette or marijuana smells (so that was medicine that I didn't have to take or a hospital bill that I didn't have to pay for).
That staff was very friendly and professional. They never acted as if we were bothering them.
So coming back home to check on my dad this time was wonderful. Thanks.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time I have stayed longer. And I wanted to let everyone know that Michelle the blonde haired breakfast lady that helps with the breakfast in the morning is absolutely the best worker I have ever seen. She is quick, fast at refilling the food containers, and very cheerful and asks everyone if they need anything else. She deserves a raise.

Great clean rooms. Guest service was friendly and welcoming. Shower pressure in the room was amazing. Would come back just for the shower. Parking in the back is definitely dark and a little sketch. Parking in front is limited. Someone was smoking weed in the parking lot but it did not reach the rooms. Overall would recommend.

Can't say enough about this place, the staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful and super patient. They do their best to stay on top of things around here to keep their guests happy. Beautiful old hotel with lovely grounds to take a little walk around if you get tired of sitting in your room.

Parking close to lnn very limited.
Toilet flush was loud and long. Certainly can hear residents in adjoining rooms clearly.
Breakfast was REAL cooked food. Very convenient, clean and safe place. No frills and reasonable rates.. no comps on bottle water BYO $1.50 cost FOR one 16.9 Fl OZ bottle. At check in Desk. WOW

Wow, this place is beautiful! The staff is great. The room is immaculately clean. If you reserve the room online, it's cheaper that way. It has a refrigerator, a microwave, a 42-in TV and free Wi-Fi. They also serve breakfast in the lobby in the morning between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.

My only 2 complaints are that the tub had a bunch if hair in it that wasn't cleaned out from the previous guest, and they need to work on the amount of insulation between rooms. I shouldn't be able to hear every word of a phone conversation of someone in the next room. Besides that, everything was great! Comfortable bed and pillows, clean sheets and carpet, the tv worked well, good amount of lights, and the breakfast was pretty good. I will definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful visit! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool! No complaints, will stay again when in the area!
