I LOVE this Walmart and their staff!! It is a blessing to have a friendly smile greet you walking in the door, an extended hand with a smile asks you if you need help locating an item, a warm welcome at the pharmacy by Diamond and Jacob inquiring about your family, and then you see that big smile from Tiffany, she makes you feel like family because she Loves all of us!! I grew up in NOLA, we've been out here for almost 20 years now, and I've never experienced warmth from any store like this. I work in Zachary and that's a Walmart no one wants to encounter, I tell everyone to take that drive from Zachary, because We Have The BEST WALMART EVER!! We need to be thankful for the people we are greeted by in our lives. We live in a crazy world and thankfully we can step into a grocery store and feel the love of really good people.

This is one of the nicer Walmarts. More choices to choose from. Their clothing section is huge. Their cat food section was well stocked. Some empty spaces where the sugar free pudding would have been. Very nice produce section & they had 3lbs bag of frozen pineapple! Alas, the elusive Milo's lemonade was not seen. Sister & I like this location better than the one in Zachary.

Best Walmart ive ever been in. All lanes had real cashiers at them during peak hours. All shelves were fully stocked. Loved the visit

Was what I feel racially discriminated against by an associate. first time in 34 years at any Walmart I've questioned customer associate relations. Returned next day to talk with a manager and felt that the manager just pushed me off. Contacting a lawyer and filed complaint via Walmart ethics and customer relations. Edit- have been in contact with store manager mr Jeffrey whom was very professional and persistent to help with the earlier mentioned complaint. As an apprentice manager myself I strive to become such a manager as he displayed in how he cared for the issue at hand. Because of his service alone changes this one star review to five plus stars. Thank you mr. Jeffrey!

Good variety, clean and friendly staff.

Was a quick turn. Not crowdy. It was just right. No long line waiting. Will be back in a week or so. My favorite place to shop.

Does Walmart has everything not really but it does have a lot of different things that you may need an actually it’s probably actually it’s probably cheaper than the dollar store Are the Dollar General and much more pleasant of a place to shop

Very friendly ,had my groceries there quickly everything was good ,and I had everything I ordered ,will go back again .

The best Walmart on this side of the Mississippi! No super long lines and friendly folks at the register make it fun to shop. They sell a variety of fabrics for my new masks.

Fairly nice but small garden area

I want to compliment Walmart worker Alton, who has been excellent in filling my grocery pickup orders during the stressful pandemic conditions. He has been careful, courteous, and efficient. He delivers pickup orders at the New Roads, Louisiana Walmart.

Good people work here. That speaks for itself.

The second lady in the jewelry department that waited on me was excellent and helping me to pick out a pair earrings even also helping me to get a pair of earrings that she purchased and bought them to me to purchased them.
