Liz Orosco of National Harmony Memorial Park has been a great counselor assisting my family and I through the entire process of grieving our love one's transition. She totally made this process pleasant through this time of grief. Outstanding customer service received by Family Service Counselor, Sharon E. Lane. Words cannot adequately express my heartfelt appreciation for the assistance that was provided by Ms. Lane. I had an urgent matter that I was trying to get resolved. I was literally stressing out. Sharon put me at ease, and assured me that the outcome will be something that I would be pleased and at peace with. She was absolutely right! Even though her facility could not accommodate my needs, she reached out to one of their sister facilities that was able to. What great teamwork!! Sharon…thank you for not only going the extra mile in coordinating my request, but for more importantly taking the time to listen, and having a heart that genuinely cares. Liz Onsco was extremely helpful in assisting my family locate our loved one. She explained how the cemetery was set up, found the headstone and helped us with identifying landmarks to help locate our loved one the next time. She also provide us with a map and directed us to another area we were trying find. We really appreciated her help as my elderly mother had forgotten the plot information, the office had closed and we had been looking around for a while. Liz was returning to the office to drop off her cart but we certainly appreciate and thank her for stopping to help us!!!
