Republic Technologies was recommended to me by the company that handles the IT services for the company I work for.

After one of those recent storms where the power flickered on off several times in a row my computer ended up being stuck in a BIOS setup mode. I brought it to them and they ran diagnostics on the computer and called me back the next day. Unfortunately something went wrong with the drive that has the operating software and I'll need to replace it. They are able to recover the data so I will be able to restore photographs, music, and data files.

As I recall the diagnostics were free of charge. The time and labor costs to restore, copy, and install a new drive were reasonably priced as well. I was given several options for replacing the damaged drive so I could pick one that fit how I wanted to repair the computer and that fit my budget.

All in all, I would say they are very professional and easy to work with.

Took my computer in and they had it fixed at the time they said. I even called a few days later with a question and they helped me out. I would recommend them to any one with computer issues. Great job.

Chris eliminated a problem with Windows 10 update and installed Windows 11. Thorough checkup. Very timely and very reasonable price. Chris is personable and courteous. I plan to use him for all my computer needs in the future.

I came in a little over a week ago with a computer that has issues black screening since I built it a little over a year ago & I was lucky enough to choose right by taking it to be looked at this finely ran establishment. Took my very expensive gaming PC into them after I couldn't find what was causing random crashes, rather than assuming he knew the issue Chris tested all the different parts and found out what it was. He gave me a great deal on a motherboard they had in stock and fixed everything very quickly. You can trust they know how to work on high end PC's.

Chris is an extremely friendly, and knowledgeable guy. Today, Chris installed some new components in my computer. It was done extremely fast and the price was very affordable. I just bought a new gaming computer. To run Microsoft train sim and flight sim.four other companies told me it could not be done. Wife found chris in republic. WOW this man knows his stuff. Friendly helpfull. He was able to install my simulator and make it work. He is bringing me my computer and hooking it up here at my house . I recommend this place 100 percent. I had 2 laptops that needed worked on, one had a hard drive failure and the other just needed a tune up. I had taken them to Geek Squad inside Best Buy, they kept them for 4 days and did nothing to them. I took them to Chris, he had them both up and running like brand new in 24hrs. Highly recommend him and will definitely be my first call for any tech needs I have from now on!
