Flat Creek Republic

Fried and boiled that is the question. I had a pound of the boiled crab legs. Yummy. He had the chicken fried chicken. He said it had a lot of breading but it was good. Nice large portions. Most people had to go boxes. Including us.

This was my second time dining at Flat Creek, I really enjoy eating here. The atmosphere is so inviting, comfortable and fun. There’s so much to look at, decorations all over the walls and hanging from the ceiling. The food and service have been wonderful both times.
I ordered the Bee Sting Burger, it’s currently my favorite burger. Perfect notes of spicy and sweet, courtesy of the pickled jalapeños and honey sauce that are nestled on a juicy patty (I ordered mine medium). The burger is huge and it comes on a bed of crispy fries. I highly recommend! Not pictured, but I also recommend the nachos. Ordered them as an appetizer and shared with the whole family (five of us and there was still plenty to go around). Sampled some fried catfish and fried shrimp (you can order them in a variety of baskets) they were delicious. Definitely plan on frequenting this gem of a place, the menu has so much to offer.

We went there for Mother's Day. There were nine of us, no problem setting us, although, we got there when they opened. When we left, there were lots of people waiting outside. I had the prime rib sandwich. It was good. The salads are great. Some had seafood, and they loved it. Even though it was very busy, our waitress was great. It was my first time there, but I will definitely go back again.

Tanner at flat Creek was awesome. Super personable and took care of us on our first visit. The only downside was that he didn't warn us about the portion sizes being so large so I found myself ordering based on other food locations that are skimpy. Would recommend it 100% and definitely would recommend having Tanner as your host.

Our food was brought to us hot and aeromatic. Everything tastes fresh, and cooked perfectly. My husband did not like there rice. It was "crunchy" they swapped it out, no problem. There chicken is super delicious, and they give a military discount.

The money you spend is well worth it, our order of nachos was so big the four (and half) of us could not finish them. I ordered the BBQ sandwich and it was as big as my head! It was so juicy and good, the BBQ sauce was perfect, and the buns were strong enough they did not fall apart from the drippings. My husband and brother got the boil. Our toddler got her sweet potato fries and was good to go, it came served in a frisbee that she got to keep. The staff was above and beyond, and so cheerful. It was genuinely a great experience. We love Flat Creek and frequent this location. I recommend the okra, coleslaw, steak and catfish combo dinner. 😋

Food was hot and fast, absolutely delicious. Service was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.

This place is great! I got the all you can eat catfish! It's amazing! You'll want to eat 20 pieces... but you'll probably get down 6 if you're lucky! The pieces are huge! The staff is really friendly & all the stuff on the walls is really cool! I definitely wish this was in my town!

Love this restaurant, they’re super friendly and the food is great. Came in for takeout at lunchtime on Mother’s Day, it was crazy busy but the staff handled the lines with a lot of grace and patience, especially the young lady on the pickup counter. Love the decor too, the owners obviously really care about this place

We love Flat Creek. It's our go to for birthdays , anniversary and other special celebrations. Portions are large and there are plenty of great food and drink options for everyone in the group. The desserts are phenomenal as well. Best times to visit are week night / early dinners. Sunday nights are always perfect to visit as well.

Great food and great people. They became my heroes a couple years ago when they gave the big middle finger to the covid weirdos and opened their doors and said 'Come on in, sit where you want and enjoy life'!

I had the loaded fries and had the brisket added on top- it was wonderful!

Really enjoy coming here for Thanksgiving! My wife and I have been coming here for Thanksgiving for a few years now. Great food, great service. Anything I have ordered has always been excellent. Definitely recommend the carrot cake

Saturday is prime rib special, great service, food was delicious. I highly recommend getting some Cajun wings as your apps. The key lime colada was yummy. Overall, very satisfied!

What a great dinner! Catfish was nice and crisp as well as this hush puppies. Smoked chicken wings were great too, big and juicy!

This is our first time here, we live several hours away and just happened upon this hidden gem! Our server Michael was fantastic and right there when we needed him, the food was fantastic, and portions were way too much for just one meal, we will have breakfast tomorrow. The drinks were amazing, and definitely you don't need many. No skimping on the sizes or taste!! Thank you we will be back again!!

Excellent local business! We'd heard it was the best catfish around and it did not disappoint. Nor did the fried chicken. Customizing our orders to be just the way we prefer them was no issue. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, and local brands such as Missouri Ridge Distillery spirits served. Check them out, you'll love it!

It must have been an off night for the cook. My 1st visit but for my family they raved about it. So that's why I ranked the food so low. Everything else was wonderful.

Been coming here since it opened. Dining in is a fun filled experience though I get take out quite frequently and the accommodation is superior to anything in republic in addition to the quality of the food. Thank you all for taking care of Cecilia and I, I know we’re not easy;)
