Chef Robin and the entire staff at Classics blew my friend and i away last night at the German themed wine pairing dinner! Wow, it was incredible! Service was fantastic and food was over the top excellent! The entire evening was so nice and especially so affordable. Thank you all for sharing your passion and talents! We wee certainly impressed and will certainly recommend!

We came to Classic’s Friday night. We had dinner and enjoyed the band Doug Allen Nash. Our food was excellent and service top notch! Friendly staff and the owner was very accommodating. The place was packed with awesome music. Thank you for a fantastic evening ❤🤠

Amazing service and the food is good. Very busy place on Friday nights but we’ll worth going. Not a long wait for drinks and food was perfectly timed.

We didn't eat. But the food coming out looked great. The atmosphere and service were excellent.

The sweet potato fries are incredible. I will be coming back just for those. And the service, live music and atmosphere were also wonderful.

Great place! decent prices, the local band was playing some great folk/country covers. Pool table and a good laid back crowd.

Had the Surf and Turf and it was Fabulous... Stayed for a few drinks and the Bartender Zac was Awesome, the drinks were good and the Atmosphere was Wisconsin... Will be Coming back soon!!!

My family and I love coming here! It’s our go to for a nice meal! The atmosphere here is all around positive and cool, the bar area is filled with cool decorations and the dining area is clean and the food!!! I can not even express how much we love the food here, I don’t think I have ever had a bad meal here. Always excellent!! 🤩 The staff are so kind. On one occasion there was quite a long wait for our food but I assume the kitchen was clustered and busy probably due to staffing. But it was no big issue at all because the food was still amazing!!

We came here on a whim. Last minute. 8:30 PM. We had Patty is our server. She was the best server I think I’ve ever had in my life. You can clearly tell. She was proud of working here and excited about all of the menu options, she shared with us She had lots of suggestions and input about what we should have. All of her recommendations were fabulous. The meal was amazing. I had the lobster and the blue cheese, melted, bacon, bacon, wrapped tenderloin. It was fantastic. My date had the black and walleye. It was also wonderful. We end of the evening with the chocolate cake tort. The ambience in here is fabulous. It is very indicative of classic music and a old Timey kind of feel. I love the entire experience. What a wonderful evening. The chef in the kitchen is from another planet. Because her cooking is out of this world I totally love her.

Loved our evening at Classics. The decor is creative. I could look at it for hours. The four meals at our table were excellent. Special shout out to the kitchen staff who whipped up a dish of Hummas for me (They had run out. I’m a vegan, so my options are usually limited.) My salad was large and fresh. My fellow diners had three different types of meat. All reported it was very good. The staff was extremely busy. It was a little wait for our food, but it certainly wasn’t because the staff wasn’t trying. I’m amazing at how many people they had working. Good for them! The band was fun. We will definitely go back. Shawano is an amazing place.

Our first visit was last night for a Friday fish dinner. The perch was perfect! The grilled salmon and asparagus was delicious! Dinners included soup, salad and dinner rolls Multiple options were available for both of these. The French onion soup (not salty) was excellent. We are looking forward to a return trip

The food wasn't great, just good, but we were there late at night. The atmosphere was amazing! The place is so cool with all of the music memorabilia! The staff was great! And the one-man-band was uber talented, playing all different genres across different decades! We had a blast and will return every time we're in town!

Excellent food. The wait staff and bartenders are friendly and attentive. They do get busy-as the locals like us love the place. A nice classic Wisconsin Supper Club with excellent drinks, cold beer, and outstanding food. Steaks are great. Burgers are great. Alfredo is at least 2 or 3 meals worth.

Outstanding atmosphere. Amazing service and staff. Everything I've tried so far on the menu has been mouth-watering amazing! Each time I go I try something new and I've never been disappointed! You just can't stop looking in every direction at all the decorations and the history about music that are all around you. Everything is so interesting it's amazing I just can't say enough about this place you just have to stop.

Great place! The medallions were delicious! Beef tenderloin and scallops were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The drinks were good and cheap. The Classic Spread was something to get again. Bummed we didn't get to the dining room because of a wine dinner, but it gives us a reason to go back!

Great restaurant in the Shawano area. This is our go to place for a nice meal when we are at our place on the lake. The owner is super friendly and accommodating along with the rest of the staff.

They have great specials, make strong drinks, and the management works hard to make people happy. They always have music either live or playing on TVs throughout the bar and there is no jukebox, so you don't have to worry about someone elses questionable selections. Their French Fries are hand cut thick, browned just right and are a must eat. The clam chowder is outstanding, it has the taste of the ocean and is filled with clams. The burger special is a great patty with real cheddar cheese. Give this place a shot!

Going to Classics for the $2.00 Old Fashions during happy hour with the Boomers favorite bands on the big screens along with the happy atmosphere ..well, it just doesn't get any better. Make sure to check out the tiny 'dance floor' in the room next to the bar and the hallway of albums leading to the dining room. A MUST go while at the lake.
