As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a cozy and inviting space. The room was softly lit, creating a warm and comforting ambiance. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and provided gentle guidance throughout the class. They encouraged us to listen to our bodies and find our own peace within each pose. As I moved through the sequences, I could feel the tension melting away, replaced by a deep sense of relaxation. The instructor's soothing voice and calming music in the background added to the overall serenity of the experience. By the end of the class, I left feeling completely at ease, both physically and mentally. It was a truly warm and comforting yoga class that I would highly recommend!"

Beautiful locally owned studio in St John MO. Experienced teachers and a wide variety growing schedule at &15/class it can’t be beat Go check them out

I wish I had known about this studio years ago. The instruction, personalized attention and encouragement I’ve received has been life changing. So pleased I found such warm and wonderful people to practice with.

This is a very comfortable and relaxing place for yoga in an area that was desperately in need of it. The instructors are knowledgeable and put you at ease, whether you are a beginner or experienced yoga practitioner. The facilities are newly remodeled and are top notch, nothing at all like you may imagine when looking at the outside of the buildings surrounding it. I encourage anyone to stop by and help this newly opened business succeed!

Love this studio! Great atmosphere and teachers. They offer different types of yoga whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi and help you through modifications for what is best for you. Check it out you won't be disappointed!

I love this yoga studio!! The teachers are warm and welcoming and the space is so open and comfortable. A great place for yogis of all skill levels.
