Hurricane Bay Carwash - Bolivar

Been there 4 times. Automatic wash does not do a good job (my car left dirty 3 times), but the self wash bays and vacuums are good.

Edit: Talked to owner on the phone. He made it right. I know now it's not always the carwash's fault. Going to try the soft touch and get my car cleaned on a weekly basis instead of waiting so long between washes.

I only go to this car wash. I have used others that do not do a good job but this car wash does. I would recommend to give the touchless bay a try. Plus I don't have to roll down window to pay. I use the app and earn points for future use. I am always happy with my result. I use the 13 and 15 dollar wash plus they offer a subscription! That is the best buy. The attendant is always on site, and all the bays are always open.

Have always used Hurricane Bay and never have had problems with their car wash. That is, until yesterday. Went through the brushless car wash and my car came out looking like it never had even been washed. The owner not only gave my money back but sent me through the brush car wash for free and it came out spotless. I absolutely insisted on paying for the first one again and nearly had to take her to the ground to take the money but she finally did. She said it's all about customer service. And it is. And I will definitely keep coming back to Hurricane Bay. She was as upset about the bad car wash in the brushless bay as I was. If something isn't right you have to speak up. They will make it right. This is the best car wash I have ever been in. And the best owners! Go Hurricane Bay!

This is a fairly good automatic car wash. The only complaint I have is that it does only a fair job of getting the brake dust off of the wheels on my Expedition. The price is fair and the overall quality of the wash is good.

Got the best wash and free vacuum..had salty residue from the winter roads..cleaned it all..fabulous job!

Quick and easy, no hassle at all. Has the option to wash your car yourself but I chose the "best" automatic option.

The owners are great to work with if you don't get a token with the Best Wash. They told me the tokens are hard for them to get right now but they totally made ot right.
