Georgia Blue

We met a previous school teacher for a girls' lunch. We had an amazing time. I am disabled. The hostess brought me a cold drink to the car before the restaurant even opened. I am on oxygen and required it to be plugged up. They were also accommodating to this request. We ordered turnip bites for an appetizer. This us a great appetizer to start with. We each had a different entree. We all were very pleased with our entrees. We ordered a donut to share for a dessert. It was very tasty. The service, atmosphere, and food was all fine!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff amazing food. The service was amazing. This was the first my wife and I have eaten here and it did not disappoint. I had the Georgia Blue Grilled Chicken with mashed potatoes and seasoned fries it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be going back. This was definitely one of the best Restaurant Experiences I have ever had.

Absolutely loved it! Great vibe, great food and the waitress was super nice! She made us feel right at home! The fried crawfish appetizer was top tier!

I can't leave an honest rating because they were not open when they said they were going to be. Although I should thank them because we found a really great spot across the street that was way better than we could have hoped, If they're closed when they're supposed to be open, try Tortilla Soup across the street! Good luck!

The food was delicious 😋. We were looking for a good place to eat so we gave it a try.
It was a great dinner . The steak was very tender and cook just rite. The turnip balls were slamming good. The service was fantastic (Shawn) was on spot and kept us happy and fed. Great job his good service made our meal great.

It was busy today at lunchtime! I had lunch with my son.

There was a medical emergency while we were there that obviously caused a few minutes of alarm. The staff responded swiftly and compassionately. After seeing the person safely on their way, service resumed. It was an unfortunate circumstance I think everyone handled as well as could be expected.

I had the duck wanton appetizer and it was fantastic. So was my son's BBQ nachos. I ordered the Georgia blue burger on sourdough that arrived just before the emergency. It looked amazing. I'm sure it was, but after the incident it was hard to get back into an eating mood. We ate, but my sense of taste seemed to be dulled.

Our server, Stephanie, was a blessing. Really just wishing all is them a peaceful day.

It was my first time at Georgia Blue. It most definitely will not be my last time. The staff is very accommodating. I had the shrimp and grits. A home run. It was flavorful. Highly recommend to anyone.

Loved it, from the front doors, our waitress, appetizer (Turnip Green Bites, waitress recommended), to the main course I had the Creole Pasta & he had the Philadelphia, Pot Roast Sandwich. And I got the Peach cobbler to go! Great atmosphere, wonderful waitress & amazing food! Will hopefully get a chance to go back, there were so many things I wanted to try!

Our server Stephanie was superb. We’ve been a lot of places and her service and attitude was the best. Very cheerful attitude and made sure everything was excellent.

We were in town for my husbands business trip and he and I had dinner here 2 of the 3 nights I was in town! I fell in love with your restaurant! The restaurant itself is so charming and cute... it’s style is different and beautiful... very unique!!! The staff were fun, friendly and helped me pick out the perfect dinner and wine to go along with my dinner. We enjoyed sitting around listening to live Music and the guy who was singing was TALENTED!!! We got tamales one night as our appetizer, shrimp&chicken baked ziti for the main dish and then the next night we got spinach or kale balls , shrimp &chicken ziti again and hubby got shrimp and grits ... we LOVE LOVE LOVE Georgia Blue😍❤

Decided to try this restaurant after taking my dad to the theater. Food was outstanding! Whenever we are back in the area, we will be sure to return.

Great food and service most of the time. Depending on the waiter/waitress. Music in the restaurant is excellent.

If you visit here, the shrimp and grits are a must to order! Everything we had from the menu was delicious! If I ever return, I will definitely visit here again.

Coming from out of town in Texas, we were giving a recommendation of this place by a hotel staff. This place did not disappoint! Quantity and quality are great! Staff are super friendly. Though a bit pricy, I like this place. Steaks are huge. I had the crawfish crepe and it's really good.

Do you search the country for the greatest hamburger? So do I. I'm the same way with Shrimp and Grits when traveling in the South. This place has it. My compliments to the chef. Everyone in the town of Brookhaven, Mississippi probably already knows this but for the weary, hungry traveler you must stop here. This place takes comfort food to a new level.

Georgia Blue was phenomenal. The service was wonderful. The food was exquisite. The atmosphere was welcoming. There was live music. My forever friend celebrated her birthday. The pecan cobbler (NOT ON THE MENU, ASK FOR IT) topped off the meal perfectly! 10 out of 10 will visit again!
