If I could leave a 20 star review, I would. While I've not had a great deal of interaction with Jennifer Cole, she has helped out with a few of my friends. They paint her as a good listener, empathetic to their needs, always respectful of their time and very thorough.

Jennifer Fields is as top-notch as lawyers come. I have hired more than 20 attorneys over the last 25 years for various personal and business reasons, in three different states. I highly recommend her for any business or personal needs, especially things like estate planning and building layers of protection into your LLC. She is extremely responsive via email, is very sharp and in-tune with the law and her clients.

Due to the nature of our business, we use lawyers for quite a few things, and she gets the nod for every bit of it.

My great aunt was in immediate need of estate planning as she suffered some significant medical issues and did not have an adequate plan in place. Jennifer Fields met with her, prepared her documents and took care of an otherwise difficult situation within a week. My aunt was so relieved to have it settled and done. Jennifer even went to the nursing home to meet with her multiple times to ensure everything was as she requested. I cannot thank them enough and my aunt had a weight lifted off her shoulders due to their immediate action and care.

And Jennifer Cole helped me when I had some questions about a birth certificate issue. She immediately walked me through the process and helped me figure out what needs to be done and how to do it from out of state. Could not be more thankful as this will save a lot of time and money.

Jennifer Fields handled a probate estate case for us. We live out of state which added to the difficulty of an already stressful situation. Attorney Fields was professional and responsive and her fee was exactly what we were told it would be. Every thing went as smooth as could be expected given the circumstances of an unexpected death with no will.

Very very very unethical it’s all girl power in polk county in my opinion make her explain or call my number at the bottom this is only my opinion. Jennifer Cole is in my opinion is the worst attorney/GAL ever given the the right to make decisions. She does the least amount of work for her pay as possible. She is very arrogant , rude , disrespectful , unethical in other words she thinks very highly of herself. Never made a home visit ( very lazy in my opinion) had her mind made up from day one because of the opposing party’s attorney is a very good friend of hers my opinion. In my situation my ex and I had a really good GAL ( Jessica Burns ) look her up she is straight to the point and it doesn’t matter where you live she will make home visits very personal and actually cares for the kids well being. Anyways my ex refused her for someone closer to home I agreed because I still believed anyone with this much power would see the truth and that’s not the case with this attorney ( in my opinion). Looking back I was played into small town politics where in my opinion they rub each other’s backs in very unethical ways at the end of the day justice will be made. Polk county Mo is very corrupt from the top down of course in my opinion. They are working off of title 4D look it up it’s very upsetting. In short they will come after willing and able parents that fight for their kids long before they chase deadbeat parents just follow the money. Stay strong keep working for your kids rights and your rights as a parent. I divorced in 2014 because my ex had a four year affair had 50/50 custody almost 10 years got accused parent alienation because my kiddos wanted to live with me long story short because of Jennifer Cole here we are the kids had their worlds turned upside down by moving from the only school they knew to a much bigger school only nine miles away tell me that parent had the kids best interest in mind of course this is only my opinion. Wouldn’t recommend or advise to use Jennifer Cole for anything -10 would be my review if possible very unprofessional unethical human being in my opinion of course This pic was taking while Cole was my boys GAL and the women beside her is my exes attorney at the time we didn’t stand a chance in this case and it was allowed in this corrupt county. I here your going to a new place for work how convenient so the GAL ( Jennifer Cole )that was working for my children is now going to work with my exes firm with ( Billy Bransetter ) that doesn’t look good in my opinion.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Jennifer Cole is an awful GAL! She didn't listen to my step sons at all. Told them to call her when or if they needed anything and didn't answer when they did. Never made home visit. Threatened them and told them her plan would be worse than anything their mom did. She didn't communicate with their father or myself (I'm just a step parent and not important) but had multiple visits with the mother and step father. never had the kids best interest in mind. She was rude and arrogant.

Jennifer is a terrible GAL that lacks integrity and morals. Definitely favors men rather than looking at what’s best for the children. Works in a crooked court system where all women are on a power trip working behind the scenes together rather than ethically performing their job. She is rude, obnoxious, and incredibly cocky. It’s almost embarrassing that she thinks it’s okay to talk about pedicures in the court room with the dad of the children she represents. Later giving said children a tour of the courtroom with Dad and even introducing them to the judge behind closed doors. She’s embarrassing as a GAL and a part of the court system where she lacks general ethics and morals and does not care about the children. Hard to think there was never a fair chance in a case that spanned over many years when she’s just going to flirt with the men and do what they request. Would not recommend her services. You will waste tons of money and have poor outcomes.

Jennifer Cole fails to serve with justice and integrity as a GAL. Countless instances of neglecting to follow through and failing to do her job. Broken promises to kids that counted on her to do what was best for them and complete lack of effort to conduct a fair investigation. Threatening children as if she had some sort of personal agenda in their custody ruling. Sick and disappointing.

Terrible GAL only spoke with her assigned children twice. Did NO home visits to witness interactions. Made threatening comments to the children when she did speak to them. Is perfectly fine with parental alienation. DO NOT recommend her for any type of legal advice.

There should be a 0 rating for Jennifer Cole as a GAL. This woman should not be on the GAL list to represent children. In 3 years she met with the children 3 times and does not look out for their best interest. She is bias, rude, disrespectful and does the bare minimum to earn her fees. You do NOT want this woman to represent your children! Extremely Unethical!
