The staff was awesome. Very helpful and efficient. The bed was a little hard for me but the rooms were very nice and clean all around.

I had knee surgery the day prior to arrival. The staff was so helpful to my mom, who had to carry/do everything for me. They helped load me, our animals and all of our stuff into the car the next morning (in the rain, no less). Excellent group of employees who all deserve a raise!

Service was "excellent". Rooms were a bit older but very clean. Will definitely be back here.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms - ours appeared to be updated (we had two first floor),It's a no frills hotel , which is what we wanted, in a good area of town. Easy access to expressways and area restaurants. The included in the price continental breakfast was more than expected! Would certainly stay again.

Awesome experience! Will recommend this place! The guest room was warm they had forgotten the soap however. The breakfast was good and plenty! The fitness room was great! The reception was friendly! Great place to stay!

Randomly I have checked online this hotel but few of the bad negative comments I was literally confused but when I booked the hotels when I visit the hotel I was totally shocked because Hotel was really good and the management was great especially one of the night staff his name of Mahammod Hussain is the great person and everything was really really good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed here for less than 8 hours due to a very delayed flight but found the rooms to be clean (I have high standards) and the staff were helpful.

Airport shuttle service was good and a reason why I booked this place, as was the 24 hour reception.

It is a little far from the airport so factor that in, however they run a shuttle until 10 pm, we got in much later than that.

Room had a pillow missing and a door handle to closet that came off. So a little work was needed to clean this place up. However, the staff were friendly and my pillow issue was resolved by the front desk so I am now settled. Breakfast was wonderful, basic set up but something to eat is good I say. Bathroom works and parking are crammed in a tight area walking distance from convenience store.
Not a bad spot for the night.

The staff was wonderful. I felt respected and valued. The hotel was clean. Shout out to Sankar and Charles for making the stay amazing from the first moment I was picked up at the airport. :)

Our room was HUGE, but only had 2 full-size beds. But they were comfy. The bathroom was large, too. Heat worked well and kept us comfortable all night as it was 24° outside. The only complaint is the hallway noise. The doors are thin and has a crack, allowing talking to be heard. Thankfully, we were on the far end, so not many people were walking by. There is no bathroom fan to help drown out noise. Front desk guys were very hospitable and enjoyed talking with them.

My AC had went out so my family and I had to stay here for one night. It was ok

Our stay was marvelous, it was quiet and the rooms are beautiful, everything to fit your basic needs, the nearby Sheraton Plaza rooms that other family members stayed in wasn’t as lovely as the La Quinta. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality. Front desk staff was super friendly.

Spent one night with my family. Easily fit four adults and a child in one room. We had the child on an air mattress.
The room was SO clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and professional. The pool was clean, the location seemed safe and secure, and we enjoyed our night there very much. The bathroom was very roomy and accommodating for our different bags and items. Breakfast had a nice variety, and was tasty enough as far as free breakfasts go. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area but we're just passing through.

I got in late since my planes had been delayed it was early morning 2:00 a.m. by the time I got there. The decks Kirk was very professional very friendly never had a trouble with check in. Even showed me how to go to the next door Quickie Mart if I needed anything but they didn't offer. Housekeeping was clean the rooms were clean they were wonderful all the employees were exceptionally friendly polite well-mannered and professional. Would definitely go here again

excellent customer service, clean comfortable bed, great room amenities. I left before breakfast, but was told it included eggs and sausage along with the normal bread/pastry/waffle/cereal selections. shuttle to the airport was free.

Customer service was excellent but the hallway had a bad odor. Room was small but clean

From check in to check out it was excellent. Housekeeper on my floor was very sweet as well as the lady that was taking care of the dining area. A very pleasant group if people. I especially want to thank the lady that checked me out that morning. She was very professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this location. And my room was great.

My husband and I only stayed for one night because we were traveling in between states. The staff was super kind. The bed was very comfortable, I slept through the night and only recall waking up once. Also, personally i thought the water pressure for the shower was awesome. I felt like i got really clean and felt very refeshed. For a 2 star hotel it's very nice. It was a great place to stay for a one night rest.

Most comfortable bed and quiet room ever!!! HOWEVER... housekeeping not up to snuff...ring and hair in tub, mold in sink, tables in breakfast area not kept wiped off. Easy remedy... teach housekeeping how to clean, like my momma taught me!

Room was super clean and ac worked great. Only thing was the breakfast.... there was a football team that came through like a swarm of locusts, so not a lot of options... hope they plan better next time.
