Red Roof Inn St Louis - Westport

This hotel was very accommodating staff was nice, was checked in within 5 minutes.
Room was clean.
Went to check in somewhere else when we got into town.
The staff was so rude that we immediately left and came to the Red roof and we definitely do not regret that decision.
Thank you guys so much for making our stay so easy.

We had a nice basic stay. Rates were good. Do not expect a five star stay. Do expect a clean room, decent beds, and friendly staff.

When we first got there was a lady yelling and cussing. They called police and she was taken care of. No problems after that. Housekeeping was good! They didn't come in cause we had not disturb on door but knocked to see if we needed towels and services. Thank you red roof.

The Red Roof Inn on Lackland Road is a budget friendly hotel also pet friendly. We've stayed here just over 6 months now, we've always get great service and everyone is very helpful to us. They're fixing up the hotel to make it more comfortable. I recommend this hotel

Really liked the room it was in good shape and didn't smell of smoke. Especially liked the Hooters next door as well. A nice staff and a hot shower and a comfy bed are what is needed to make a great hotel experience.

The rooms are clean and quiet, but could use some very minor repairs here and there. The vending/ice area has a microwave available which is a nice touch. The rooms are no-frills, which is fine by me, but there is no coffee maker in the rooms. To make up for that, fresh coffee is available all the time in the office/lobby. There are a lot of local restaurants that deliver to this Red Roof Inn, so if you need a meal while you're at your room, it's only a phone call away. The hotel is dog friendly, and there is a designated dog walking area on a bit of a hill. There's no smoking in the rooms, but there are ample outside smoking areas. The few people that I encountered there were always friendly. The beds are very firm, which doesn't bother me, however my wife prefers a much softer mattress. I would definitely stay here again, and probably bring a portable coffee maker!

Great place to stay and the workers went above all expectations

When I first got to the hotel it looked very nice .. but once I entered my room it smelled like mold and I tried to overcome that but I just couldn’t do it!! So I decided to go to the front desk and see if I could get another room and the lady named Christie there at the front desk and took care of the problem ASAP!! Very friendly and caring she ended up giving me a room and it was soooo much better plus she even called the room to make sure everything was okay and yes it was great thank you Christie for making my stay excellent 😊😊

The staff here is friendly, check in was painless. The rooms are surprisingly nice for such a reasonably priced hotel. Our room was extremely clean and even though we were next to the interstate we heard no noise from that or from anyone in rooms around us. The motel is close to food and shopping and all in all was a nice and comfortable place for multiple nights stay.

I've stayed here twice before and always had a pleasant experience. My most recent trip was great, though! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is prime for restaurants and easy access to interstates, rooms are clean and spacious, beds are very comfortable, and amenities are bountiful. The area feels a bit shady, but I've never felt unsafe. That's more a city problem than a Red Roof problem anyway. My car has never been broken into and I've always stayed with it packed full, so I have nothing but good to say about this hotel.

The front desk woman was professional, extremely helpful and friendly, took time to help a disabled guest get her stuff to her room and handled our registration quickly and with a smile! So refreshing to see

If you book online.. most cases you can check in at noon as long as there isn't a woman at the front desk. If there is.. just stand outside and eventually they will flag u in and get you away from the office.

$50 deposit there literally gets credited back as soon as you check out.

Very Curtious Staff, and more importantly the room was imaculent.

The price for a Single room was average priced at $ 75.00,plus tax.

Best motel around. Very clean rooms with hardwood flooring, extremely nice staff. Comfy, clean beds. They actually just replaced the beds, so there is no problem. Good TV reception with HDMI hookups for game systems or DVD players. Pet friendly, and everyone with pets is very respectful. Strongly recommended you stay here if you need to. Cheap amd great!

The room could have been more cleaner. Also, there were no tissues in the room. Small amount of towels. The staff did their to make sure that we were taken care, but the housekeeping could you some work with their cleaning.
