Great location and customer service is top notch. Shout out to Ms. Sharon who made my stay extra special.

Overall, a great stay. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the l shower was spotless. The only negative was just our room’s location. We were right next to a main level outdoor exit, so sleeping in wasn’t a viable option because of the outside doors loud clanging shut.

The staff was incredible my sister had some issues with her reservation and they were so understanding and made her stay special. I would definitely recommend this location. I also had a positive experience staying here myself.

We had a nice overnight stay after attending the preseason Blues hockey game. Rooms were nice and comfortable and the service at the front desk was pleasant both checking in and out. Only downside is that breakfast is not free, most other chains have included breakfast in the price of the room. It's definitely not a reason for us to not stay at the hotel again when we are in the area.

This is the second time we stayed here. We stayed in December and loved it. Stayed this past weekend and loved it again. The pool was open and so we took advantage of that. There were plenty of towels and was a good time. The only complaint I guess was the bistro cashier was a tiny bit crabby. The prices are kinda high for the breakfast.but everything else was perfect with great staff and clean room. Will definitely return.

Check in was a great experience I don't remember the gentleman's name but it was on a Friday evening around 8:00. Stayed here with about 14 families for a hockey tournament at the local rink. Accommodations were great room was clean and breakfast was always good. I would definitely stay here again It was a fair price too.

Nice place to stay. Service was good. Easy check-in/check-out. Lots of fun sitting areas. The courtyard area was nice at night and would've been better if it wasn't so hot outside. First floor residents have door access to the courtyard and all rooms have a balcony which was great. Key card readers were a little unintuitive but I got in eventually - probably user error.

Wonderful hotel! This is probably the best and nicest hotel I’ve stayed at and I stay with Marriott 50+ times a year. The staff was very helpful and respectful, the location is great for travelers passing through as well as the commute to downtown. The room was extremely clean which is comforting through the pandemic. The bed was very comfortable & clean, the towels were very nice, & I
appreciated the pack of sanitizing wipes having more than one wipe in the package. I also loved having a private balcony as well. The rest of the hotel was very clean as well. I also was very pleased with the breakfast options vs other hotels during this trip that only offered very minimal options for breakfast. They also have a well stocked market with plenty of options for purchase. I would definitely recommend this hotel & will stay here again every time I pass through while traveling as well as planning to visit with my family. Excellent overall! The only thing I can think of as far as a complaint is that it would be great to have more lighting in the back as it made me a little nervous coming in late at night & alone and the refrigerator was a little loud, but excellent otherwise.

Tucked into a business area not easily accessible to the interstate. Front desk staff was fabulous. Kendra was a very helpful. Rooms were clean and typical for an older Courtyard. While it's an older property it has been renovated. Carpets could use some attention. Overall good experience.

It was clean, and the service and housekeepers were helpful and accommodating. I will be back. I only stayed on night. The area quiet and there are restaurants close, like Hooters and Trainwreck restaurant. I did not have to go far at all.

The hotel was super nice. We had a two room suite and it was great to have with our family. The beds were comfy and the staff was super friendly and polite. Definitely a place to stay in the Westport area.

Awesome stay. Starting with ample parking and first rate service from John at the front desk. He was over the top helpful and informative. Really knows how to take care of the Bonvoy faithful. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. I’ll be back.

My experience was amazing! From the time I checked in all the way through to checkout! The staff was very friendly and everyone had smiles. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable! I didn’t want to leave! I will definitely being staying here again. Maybe every time I’m in St Louis I’ll be staying here! Absolutely loved my experience. All they need now is a hot tub. Also, the price was reasonable.

Great hotel! Super super clean, smells great, had digital key and even a web page where you can control the TV from your phone.

We liked the balcony, and abundance of outlets (including really strong ones near the bed), which really made the oversized desk a perfect fit for any remote work situation. The desk is on wheels, so you could move it near the sliding doors for an outside backdrop.

The shower has plenty of body and hair soap, and our toilet and shower were separated from the sink, which is uncommon for the hotels we visit, but a nice change if you're with someone else.

We requested an upper room and they accepted.

The bad: Breakfast isn't free despite the hotel costing more than our avg, the coffee cup lids in the room are too small for the cups, and there's essential zero space for luggage unless you use the floor or furniture (i.e., no dedicated shelving for bags like we've seen elsewhere).

Also, Uber Eats had trouble finding our room, maybe because of the split design with the courtyard.

All that said, we would return.

Great property and location. What earns the 5 stars is the staff! Top notch all around. Special call out to Yedey, at the front desk, she is awesome and greets you with a giant smile and positivity!

The server/cook was great and the food was on point. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Really great hotel, highly recommended. Convenience is relative, so if this hotel is in a location convenient for you, definitely stay here. The rooms were very clean, lots of hangers in the closet, and the toiletries provided in the bathroom are fantastic - even a wipe for removing makeup, and everything else you need. The Bistro is really convenient, especially for breakfast. The guys working there are awesome - work really hard to keep up with the breakfast rush, but they could probably use more staff there. The girls at the front desk were also super friendly and helpful. Small gym - 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical, a bike, some free weights. But all the equipment is in really good shape.

Clean, cozy, but spacious rooms. Plenty of drawer space and great sitting area. Balcony was nice to sit on when it was cool enough too. Beds were comfortable and the duvet was a nice weight. Shower got hot enough (I like them very hot) and the water pressure was nice and steady. The gym had a few pieces of equipment malfunctioning and that was frustrating. The Bistro was a great option. I got in from my flight and was able to just order there instead of searching around the vicinity for something. Morning oatmeal was also good.

I am so glad we chose this hotel over others in the area! My girlfriend, her daughter, and I were making a trip to see our families on the east coast and stopped here on our way back. The staff was very friendly, the check in process super easy, the rooms were clean and inviting, and the Bistro was priced right and very good. We used the pool and it was clean and stocked with towels. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again!
