Casey Jackson has gone out of her way to greet us and help us with our new accounts at the Clever Branch. She’s a delightful employee and her willingness to assist is first rate! Thanks Casey for going above and beyond (rare these days!).

I absolutely LOVE the ladies at Southern Bank in Clever Mo. They are all very kind, professional, helpful, and informative. My teenager uses Southern Bank as well and he has even commented about how helpful the ladies are. I would highly recommend this bank, and this specific location:)

We have been doing business with this bank since they bought Peoples Bank. We have been very pleased with the service we receive at the Clever, Missouri branch.. JeanAnne and Casey are our two primary contacts. They are both professional, cheerful and always ready to help when we come in. Both of these ladies deserve recognition from the bank. 5 stars to you both.

The staff at this location are truly amazing. They greet you when you walk in the door they always have a smile on their face even when they're super busy and you know they're stressed. I bank with them everyday, and sometimes when you have that relationship every single day, people tend to forget that you are a customer and ignore you, however this location it's not like that ,they are very professional and take time to get to know you and what you need. I would recommend the Clever location to anyone. They greatly deserve their achievements.

My family and I have been a customer for 8 years now. There has not been one moment I’ve walked into the Clever branch and not been treated kindly. I’m always greeted with a smile and welcomed verbally as soon as the door opens. The drive through has been no different. The manager on sight has always gone out of her way to help me. Southern Bank has been great to deal with! Online banking is easy to use. They offer mobile check deposit through their app. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
