Jim Webster Sr. - State Farm Insurance Agent

BEST insurance agent ever. Best insurance company ever. James Sr. Came to my downtown office in 1993 to start my policies. Since then I have had all my cars and homes insured through his agency office, my jewelry and life. We have had a few claims over the years and never had any issue. The corporate claims people were easy to deal with. The office staff is amazing. James Jr. Is great to deal with. I will never go elsewhere.

UPDATE: Jim Webster and his team recently went ABOVE AND BEYOND on a claim I had. They served as liaison to SF corporate and got the claim paid. The Jim Webster team provided solid customer service. Rare in our world and from an insurance company.

He' the only insurance agent I have ever had. He's a keeper, twice l had claims and each time they took good care of them. 25 years and running. They are the best...

This office has made me want a new agent on many occasions. Hard to get ahold of, have to nag for them to give me a quote, and seems like only 1 person wants to actually work and that's not Jim Sr.

Terrible Office and Bad Work Ethic! After months of giving this office strike after strike we have finally moved on! They don't return calls, don't file important paperwork (SF ended up canceling our home owners because for two months headquarters was trying to get in touch with this office b/c the underwriter had questions. Know how it was fixed? WITH ONE PHONE CALL!) and one agent even lied straight to my face (and in front of her boss of course) about something she told me on the phone. (This happened in 2013, but my post was deleted somehow?)

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS! They gave me a great quote that I was happy with so I signed up with them. A month later a payment was taken out of my bank account for MUCH higher than the agreed upon rate and James Jr. won't do anything about it. These people are scam artists! Don't go to this place!
