Mike Balota - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a 30 year customer of Mike Balota & the Balota Agency of State Farm Insurance, Automobile, Home, Liability & Life. I have always received outstanding direction & care. Recently, I had a major claim to my Home Owners Insurance for Roof Damage, there were several complicated steps & issues, SFI handled it all excellently. The process was not difficult & the Adjusters/Staff provided great direction over a year long process.

I can't say enough great things about Melissa and this agency! I had never had to work with my car insurance company until a recent accident so I had no idea what I was doing. Melissa spent time with me on the phone discussing my options and figuring out what was best for me. She has answered the phone every time I've called and is so courteous and helpful. I called at closing time (didn't know what time they closed), and was sent to voicemail. It was a Friday so I figured I would just call back on Monday so decided not to leave a voicemail because it wasn't urgent. She called me back right away and spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me and connected me with a claims representative. She then stayed on the phone with me to make sure I was in good hands with claims and that my questions were answered. Seriously amazing service. I would recommend this agency to anyone. I did not expect to be this satisfied with an insurance company but I was blown away by Melissa's service.

I went up there to pick up some temporary insurance cards on a car I just bought as usual the staff is so helpful up there I've had insurance through State Farm the Balota agency for years but staff Secretary the girls at work up there or just great always very helpful

I did not go with State farm, yet this would be the office would use.

I can't really say anything bad. Only saw him once or twice. His office is to far away from Wentzville. Wish it was closer.

But for State Farm as a whole. Not to happy. With State Farm.
