BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of ANY company I have EVER used--bar none. These people are AMAZING. They answer the phone IN PERSON ... they know you personally, they are so reliable and friendly, and they ALWAYS get me the best rate. I don't even have to check anything. They are ON TOP OF it 24/7. Always watching for rate increases and going to bat for us. I want to jump through the phone and hug these hard-working, wonderful people. They're the CHEERS of family-owned insurance brokers in the STL.

Star has consistently exceeded what I've come to expect from an insurance agency.

They've proactively called me with money saving opportunities around renewal time for all kinds of different insurance coverages that I carry. Most recently they saved my wife and I a ton on car insurance by putting us on the same plan and switching providers. This was done within 3 months of us getting married at the first opportunity for renewal, which tells me they're on top of their game! It made me feel like they're looking out for me... like I'm not just another file in a drawer.

Another thing that stands out to me... Steve and Kyle helped me through a claim process that I'm certain extended way beyond their responsibility... in fact, I couldn't believe they got as involved as they did. They saved me a lot of time, energy and effort by using their expertise to cut through the nonsense, get repairs started and me back on the road. I was glad to have them working hard on my behalf.

I use Star for everything now. There's nobody I'd rather use for my insurance needs, and I highly recommend you consider Star if you're in the market. They're proactive, local and know their customers personally. I couldn't dream up a better experience.

Customer service? You will find it here! Steve and Dave Mach are the best insurance agents around. They know the auto and home insurance business inside out. I have been with them for at least 25 years and they have always been there when I needed them. They shop around triple AAA rated companies to get you the best rate on your car and/or homeowners insurance. Plus,you don't get charged extra for this service. Give Star Insurance a call. You will probably save money while getting great insurance!
