How blessed I am to have come across D’S Automotive in Wisconsin. Traveling home from driving cross country, I noticed a loud humming sound which I recognized as a bad wheel bearing. My boyfriend and I quickly got off the highway and found this mechanic shop. I can’t even begin to express how welcoming and helpful everyone was. There were so many cars in the shop and parking lot and within 3 hours we had a new wheel bearing and were on our way. They took us in within without question. We enjoyed small talk with some of the customers while we waited, and overall had a very pleasant experience. They treated us like family, even our dog. Derek, you have a great business, great employees and a lovely wife. Congratulations on your new baby boy, enjoy!

This is one of the best garages I've taken my car to. I brought my car in to be looked at since I was going on a road trip soon, and I knew there were likely a few issues with it. They made sure to address every possible issue that it had and let me know what the best course of action was. They did keep my car a little longer than I was expecting just because they wanted to be sure they fixed every concern properly so they wouldn't have to see my car in there again for a while. I am so grateful to these guys for taking such good care of me and my car.

We were on out and about and we broke a serpentine belt. We prayed and asked for God's help as we pulled over at Woodville Wisconsin. The BP station recommended D's shop. When we called them they said to bring it in and they would order the belt. They must have had 100 cars and trucks in their lot and yet they had time to work on our vehicle.
The owner, Derek, was so helpful and he had us on the road in less than 45 minutes, even with them having to order the belt.
They go so far out of the way to help others.

I was driving from Minneapolis to Milwaukee, and my car suddenly started shaking, and I had to pull off and find a repair shop to figure out what was wrong. I ended up taking the exit right by D’s Shop. It was almost closing time, and he could’ve totally turned me away. But he pulled in my car and put it up on the lift and determined that all my Lugnuts were loose from my recent tire rotation that I had had done at another shop. He was so kind and helpful! He tightened all my Lugnuts, and even took it for a test drive to make sure that it was not something else that was wrong! I felt so blessed to have found him! His kindness and willingness to help me out was a true blessing! It takes a special kind of person to go out of their way like that.

Helped us make it home safe. Great customer service, dedicated staff, they really care about people and their cars. Go buy D and the mechanics a drink, they deserve it. Cheers!!

We were on our way from Madison to Minneapolis with our two young kids, and our tire was leaking air quickly. With 15 minutes to go before closing time, we call from the interstate and Derrick, the owner, was so gracious telling us to bring the car in. He and his guys were so helpful/polite/kind and took good care of us. Even though we were just traveling through, they still dealt with us as if we were their neighbors next door. We greatly appreciate your willingness and kindness as well as your expertise.

An absolutely fantastic auto repair shop. Service was beyond excellent. Especially for my wife and I who were far from home. We were traveling across the county and experienced transmission failure in Wisconsin. Within an hour of pulling into D's, the staff quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to find a new transmission to get us back on the road with a very minimal delay. Along the way I found them to be automotive knowledgable and people friendly. They listened and were responsive to us, and to the others that were there in the waiting room with us. Trust is a big thing in auto repair. They earned ours. If you are near Woodville WI you should make D's your regular repair spot. If you get the service we got, you won't be disappointed. I just wish they were close to my home in Michigan. Then I would make them my regular spot.

What a great shop! They will stop what they're doing to help if they can! Was traveling home on a leaky tire, they were able to repair my issue for a low price and quick turn around, and I mean quick, 20 minutes tops! Thanks Guys!

The guys that work here are angels!! Blew a tire on the side of the highway heading towards the cities. Didn’t have a spare n the closes tire shop wasn’t for another hour in Hudson. I rolled into their shop hoping I could buy a new tire, but was told they would have to order one and it would take a day. Thankfully they had used tires they were going to throw away. The mechanic working back their stopped what he was doing to make sure he found tires that fitted my vehicle and got us back on the road within 45 mins.

God Bless this company and everybody that works their!! These guys are angels in disguise!!!

My best friend, her daughter and I were in the shop today unexpectedly due to a blown patch in back left tire. We were immediately assisted by Tony who was so helpful and got us in right away. Even showed us the “Shot” tire. Tony then helped put the spare on and found the tools my best friend did not know existed in her truck :). Tony answered all our questions and gave suggestions due to not caring our abnormally large tire.Tony assisted us in calling shops that did carry the Tire we needed. Tony did not charge us and wish us good luck back on our trip to meet the rest of our family in Wisconsin Dells. Thank you so much for your Hospitality Tony!!! Have a great day

Best mechanic service within twin cities reach! 25 min from Woodbury. Service with integrity. Although it's always a very busy shop, they are worth the wait.

The only shop I trust to work on my car, I know that they will get the job done quickly, done right and affordably. I recommend D's auto to anyone who needs work without hesitation. Go give them a try!!!
