DoubleTree by Hilton St. Louis Airport

It is a "well used" hotel, but even though the elevator squeaks a little and the floor is a bit sticky in places the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and nice. Hotel staff was very accommodating, and well mannered. My stay was very smooth.

I’m honestly surprised their rating is so slow. We’re very picky about hotels and would’ve given this a 9 out of 10.

It seems like a newer hotel or was recently remodeled because the details like the accent wall, floors, bathrooms, etc. all seemed expensive and new. Typically hotel pictures are misleading, but this hotel is legit. Definitely a steal for the price! Also, even though we were super close to the airport and highway, we didn’t hear any planes or traffic while in our room, which was nice.
AND the cookie they give you at check in was a nice surprise and hands down one of the best cookies I’ve ever had.
ALSO, the complimentary coffee in the room was some of the best coffee I’ve had, especially for a hotel.
The only negative and reason I wouldn’t give it 10 stars is because there was no fridge or microwave in the room but other than that, this will be our new go-to hotel when we visit STL.

The location was perfect. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Only complaint when I tried to leave in the morning for a flight a semi truck doing a delivery had me blocked in.

Had an early flight back home so wanted to stay near the airport and car return. This place fit the bill, and had decent reviews. First off, this place seems brand new, everything is very nice, the few staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, everything worked, nice shower, good air conditioning. Parking lot is pretty well lit, lots of spaces, and they don't charge you to use it (kind of a big deal in St Louis). We were very happy with our stay.

Park, sleep, fly. Close to airport. Best blue cheese on my Cobb salad maybe in forever! Shuttle worked well early morning. After midnight they aren't available - call desk for suggestions on getting back- we did and we got back without expense (yes, we tipped). No hitches at all

Very clean and seemingly newer DoubleTree property. Most that I see and visit are a bit older, but usually well maintained. It was very nice to stay here at this DoubleTree and thr front desk staff was great. I was even upgraded thanks to my Titanium elite status. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town for work.

After a nightmare at the airport with a 19hr delay, this was the saving Grace. Room was updated, quiet, clean, & comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. Only complaint is the guest laundry cost $1.75 to wash & $1.75 to dry, & the machines are old. Overall, I would stay here again, & would recommend!

Our lights were out and this was a last minute stay. No problems at all. The room was really nice and comfortable. I choose this hotel because we have church service here every Sunday. I would peek in the rooms as I walked by and I said man I would like to stay here one day and see how the rooms are.

Easy place to stay while in-between flights. There was a decent restaurant on site and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were updated nicely and overall this hotel exceeded my expectations based on price.

Front desk staff was so kind. We stayed in the King bed studio suite and it was perfect. Bed was extremely comfy with high-end linens. Cleanest Hilton hotel we had seen in a while. Bathroom was spotless. No stains on the couch or carpet. TV was great as well. One thing missing was a mini fridge/microwave. They do have a microwave in the lobby for anyone to use. All in all this was the perfect one night stay as we were moving across the country. Would recommend to anyone passing through as it is close off interstate.

Quiet and convenient location. Shuttle service was great. Safe weekly parking at the hotel for just $10 a night. The hotel clerk was friendly and seemed to love her job. We did eat at the hotel burger restaurant. The staffing was low, so there was a wait for the good. However, when the food came, it was absolutely delicious. The drinks were also pretty decent.

Booked last minute because we had a flight delay. Got a shuttle for free from the airport, and had an entertaining conversation with the gentleman driving. The ladies at the front were just as fun while checking us in. Are in the restaurant down stairs. The food was good, the salads are a bit pricey, but it’s convenient. The room we got was good quality. Overall a good experience.

This was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. My family reunion was held here for the weekend. All three days that we spent here were absolutely wonderful. The staff went over and beyond to assist us in every way. The managers were very accommodating when we had to move our family picnic from outside to inside. Whatever requests we had was met with quickly and above our standards. The helpfulness of everyone was beyond our expectations. We will be using this hotel in the future. Thank you everyone for a wonderful weekend.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight the next morning and they scheduled a wake up call and shuttle with no issues. The hotel's location is great for being close to the airport. The room itself was also very good and spacious. The mattress did seem a little old at first but ended up sleeping well on it anyway. The price was good, and overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Fantastic housekeeping, I felt entirely safe and comfortable during my stay. Shy and Chris are 2 of the best front desk clerks I have EVER had in hundreds of hotel stays. The Underground Burger Bar was an epic fail- if you stay here just plan on getting food delivered. Nice room, good ice machine too.

The receptionist was fabulous. She had such a fantastic personality and attitude. She remembered me when I stopped back by. Loved that she tried speaking Spanish to me. Whoever the girl with glasses was, she made this stay a 5 star experience.

Wonderful staff and very quiet rooms even being next to airport. Very clean. Snack area needed some more variety but overall good.
