Marriott St. Louis Airport

Stayed here March 11-13 to visit attractions around St. Louis and meet up with family from a few hours south. We had a 6+ hour commute from Mason City, Iowa; my parents were coming up from Camdenton, Missouri.

Had problems initially around bedtime, but the following morning I had absolutely amazing service from their general manager and the morning staff, far exceeding my expectations. Everything went pretty smoothly for the remainder of the trip.

Enjoyed 9th floor accommodations for the executive room we had booked, an absolute MUST if you empty quiet breakfast dining in the mornings. Pool was quite nice as well, allows you to swim under to the outdoor pool. We don’t do much swimming, so after losing weight I went and bought my first swimsuits in 15+ years. Boyfriend and kid had a blast, but didn’t expect it to be as cold (again, it’s March). We were all just too eager to enjoy all the hotel has to offer. Breakfast was delicious, hotel is overall pretty quiet. We didn’t get the chance to use the fitness room, but we plan to on our next trip.

We will definitely be booking with this location again. The staff care a LOT about making your experience great. Give them a chance; you’ll be glad you did!

Great shuttle drivers. Very kind and friendly. Check in staff was ok could've been nicer. Kinda cold. But Marissa at the bar was hilarious! She definitely made up for the uncomfortable check in.

As for the room. Being alone I wish I hadn't been given an adjoining room. But I've learned some safety tactics. They have very lonnnnnggggggg hallways. There were stains on the carpets, lamps and shower curtain. But no big deal. I was there for one night. I was only there to sleep, which I will say was the most comfortable sleep I've had at a hotel. The bed was made very well. You could feel the clean sheets. Housekeeping gets five+++ stars for that. I enjoyed my stay none the less, however, the only thing that I would change for their housekeeping team is that check out is at 12pm. There is no reason to be knocking at my door at 9am. Luckily I was already awake due to my morning flight. Maybe knock around 11am🤷🏼‍♀ But other than that it was a great stay.

From my first meeting of Clevon at the airport, to the warm greeting of the front desk team, to the happy and friendly morning breakfast staff (Nolan, Valerie) delivering breakfast just the way I asked, this management team looks like the smartest people on the planet to have gathered these amazing hospitality pros in one place.

I came for a conference, where the food and beverage staff kept our room stocked, our trash picked up, and our breaks hot and delicious (even when we took our break later than we planned).

One suggestion: do a quicker clean on the restrooms, and do it more frequently. The bathrooms ran out of soap and towels twice each day. And closing the restroom when we need to use them is unwise. It is a balance, for sure.

Carlton, my shuttle driver, was so friendly, professional, and courteous while providing transportation from the airport to the property. What a warm welcome to St. Louis!! Those who represent their company exuding such excellence, like Carlton, should be recognized.

What stood out the most to me was the friendliness, patience, and professionalism of the staff, which not only made my stay enjoyable but also memorable. Your team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience.

Here i want to Thank the manager Ryan Konz for his exceptional hospitality and care for the customers. As titanium elite he made me feel welcomed and taken care off. He is the perfect example of a great manager that put the customers first . Way to go .

Very welcoming staff. Our room was recently remodeled and well done. Close to the airport with frequent shuttle service. Looking forward to a return visit.

Veronica at the front desk, went above and beyond to find, call, and keep my book. She is dedicated what she does, she deserves a commendation medal for her professional conducts. She never asked for anything in return, so I am going to make sure she is recognized. Erika, Rhonda and the others also helped me get the book, it was a team effort. I'm sure I missed some names. I'm amazed at all this. Highly recommend this staff.

I stayed here the night before my flight out of St. Louis International Airport. Rooms were clean and the shuttle was quick. The driver was friendly and helped unload bags and give directions. Definitely reccomend staying here if you need to stay in the area or catch a flight.

I've stayed at this hotel many times at least three or four in the last year. I find the only problem at this hotel is I have to manually get Marriott to add the nights that I stay there to my account. And it seems to take at least four or five emails to get them to add the knights to my account a real pain in the butt.

I always stay at this hotel when flying in or out of St Louis. It is close to the airport, nice rooms, great service and the restaurant and bar are top notch.

Wonderful hotel! We've gone here for a long time. From the rooms to the service to the rooms, absolutely on spot. By far, the nicest staff I've encountered in a hotel. The hotel amenities are very good too. There's a pool with an integrated gym, a patio with bean bag toss. The breakfast is pricy ($20), but the selection is good. In terms of location, of course, there's more to be desired but what do you expect for an airport hotel. Keep doing what you're doing!

If you're looking for a hotel that is very close to the airport with a shuttle, this one is for you. There is not much to walk to Around this hotel. I was just using it for business purposes. It suited very well. The staff was incredibly hospitable , although this is an older hotel and may need a little bit of an update. The rooms are kept very clean and it's worth it.

Great burger and fries at the bar and it was open until 1:30 and I had gotten in late.

Love the hotel and the staff!! Right next to the airport and easy to navigate. If you’re looking to go down town take shuttle to airport and take the train from there easy as 1,2,3. Always look forward coming here.

Very nice Marriott next to the airport. Short drive or short shuttle ride to the hotel. It’s been remodeled inside everywhere.
Great little bar and restaurant downstairs and they have live music normally downstairs. I’ll be staying here often

The service was awesome, the banquet manager was superb, he was very tentative to our needs for the Gala to run smooth. Sucessful event because of staff.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. I was in town for an overnight layover, and the stay here was perfect. The manager was very proactive via email; clearly running a well oiled machine. I will definitely stay if ever bouncing through STL again. Thank you Ryan and your team for everything you do!

Try the braised short ribs from the restaurant. Airport shuttle every 20 minutes. Great place to stay

I visited this property while on a quick overnight. While checking in, the staff couldn't be any more friendly or accommodating. There was a Pinochle tournament being hosted at the property and was quite busy. The staff remained unflappable. I sat at the bar and had the perfectly created cocktail and to order burger. Both were great. Had fun and interesting conversations with fellow guests and learned helpful cheating tips on my next hand at Pinochle! One of the best layovers I've had in quite some time.
