He sent me links to look at homes within the surrounding areas of my work. He also recommends other options to look for homes, to help expand my search. Especially in a competitive market. The closing went fast and smooth. It was a good experience.

Nick Holliday is simply the best real estate agent we could have hoped for. He guided us through the process of buying and selling. Our townhouse closed in three days. He priced it perfectly and advised us about things to do to make it attractive. We found the perfect house for us. Nick is very tech savvy and energetic, and we--in our 70s--are definitely not. He was very good-natured and reassuring through it all. Great guy--and great real estate agent!
