Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Airport

Taurus checked us in, He was very professional yet kind, helpful and patient with us as we had just had a very negative experience elsewhere. It was very refreshing and appreciated. From the moment we walked in the doors until we left our entire experience was pleasant. The rooms where very nice and clean and all of the staff friendly and courteous. So thankful we landed there. I will definitely stay at another Drury. I highly recommend you do too. Thanks again Taurus.

Stayed here prior to an early morning flight and it was perfect. They provided shuttle service to the terminal, an added bonus. The breakfast bar was amazing and of course the dinner and drinks they provided the night before was spot on. One of my most favorite chains!

They rooms are nice, the food is good with lots of options. Nice pool area. But those elevators.... there is no reason for them to be that slow. Seriously the longest I've ever waited for an elevator and we were only on the 3rd floor. And it was EVERYTIME.

We travel alot and we live this place! Breakfast was great, evening food was amazing! Can beat the 3 free drinks!!! Staff was very professional and helpful. We will stay there again!

Post Covid we are visiting St. Louis family again & this Drury Inn still rates highly. Our long time front desk magician Sandra has retired but everyone at the front desk has been efficient & kind. They provided a small table in the restroom & the late night host delivered a special request toilet riser within minutes.
Floors, walls, tiles are clean & dusted. No bad patch jobs or dirty grout, no sir. Mgr Jim is very helpful. The meals are exemplary!

We had the room the chair to wall with the workout room. There is no sound from there but the window overlooked the hall leading to the pool area which could be raucous. God bless the Child...

Note: Older people will need instruction possibly on the room phone. It is impossible to read & not user friendly.

Very helpful staff, beautiful design, quick service, caring front desk especially Sandra & Kerstie & several managers we met. We slept peacefully & soundly. Great value with three free drinks daily, free dinner & breakfast. Kid friendly & pool.

My daughter and I stayed here in sept 2023 for one night. The rooms are dated but super clean, and super clean throughout the hotel. The staff, though, is what makes the stay so special. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, cheery and went out of their way to take care of us. Highly recommend!

Came here for Christmas and had the best time. Food was great, room was excellent. We didn't want to leave

Had a great 3 night stay there. Breakfast is good. There is also a happy hour with snacks and refreshments. Shout-out to Katie, she was very helpful and sweet.

Great hotel by the airport. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle runs 24 hours so always a way to get to the hotel. Breakfast, dinner and cocktail happy hour included which is great. There's a great Italian restaurant next door as well if you don't want to do the provided dinner. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained.

Not too shabby for a hotel next to the airport. We couldn't hear the airport nor the highway, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was the same all 3 times we ate, and while we didn't get to partake in the manager's reception or 3 free drinks, it's a nice add for free to the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part was the free shuttle to and from the airport. It made our transportation costs significantly lower as we could ride the shuttle from our flight in to check in and throughout our time in St. Louis. We would catch a free shuttle to the airport which has a metro station at both terminals and ride the metro into downtown. Saved us $$$$$$ not having to use Uber/Lyft/Taxis. Once you requested drop off or pick up, it was a quick 10 mins to the hotel, and it usually arrived to get you at both locations within 10 mins 24/7.

This was my first experience at a Drury Inn and wow was i impressed with everything from check in to the 90 minute cocktail hour and the awesome breakfast. There's a reason this hotel has such a high rating!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations at the price point. Since 2020 hotels seem to have gone downhill, understaffed and grossly mismanaged. Not this hotel.

Free alcohol, Free Food, Clean rooms. Super nice staff.

The rooms are not impressive, but everything works and they are clean. Pool and hot tub are nice too. Just book this place.

Love staying here. No issues at anytime. Close to the airport, a good breakfast, and the staff are fantastic.

I am a highway coach Operator and have been in alot of hotels... by far I'd have to say, this one was great!!! All staff were friendly and professional... food was great! I hope I have the pleasure of being able to stay there again... I'd like to thank all the staff for doing what they do!!!

We stayed at the Drury last night and found it amazing! The staff was "over the top friendly" and service was great from check in to our airport driver to the airport in the morning. Thank you!!

Traveled with 3 kids ages: 7 months, 7 years, & 10 years and we all had a great time.

I've stayed here a couple of times before I fly out of Lambert, and I've had a great experience each time. The shuttle is timely and very convenient and I love that they offer parking in their lot. This last time, my suv had a dead battery when I got back to it after my week long trip. It was late at night, and I'm a single mom with a toddler in tow. Jasmine was working, and she got jumper cables from her own vehicle and used her own to get mine started. She was a life saver! I was in tears stressed out about it, and she completely saved my night. So, THANK YOU to the Jasmine who was working that night on 1/31/23. I've never forgotten your kindness!

Stayed for my anniversary, booked by my daughter. Great service, good food. The kick back was awesome. The room was so nice that we didn't want to go anywhere. The hostess and other staff made sure we had everything we needed.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating!! Very Clean. Not only do they have a continental breakfast but they have a happy hour with free beers AND food!!! 🤯 The heated pool was perfect, hot tub felt AMAZING!! my flight wasn't until 7 pm, they let me extend my check out until 2pm. Shuttle service to and from airport. Thanks for making this part of our trip easy!!
