Hampton Inn St. Louis-Airport

The Hospitality was Amazing! Rooms very clean and up to date! The pool was nice and clean and the temperature of the pool water was on Point! The front desk was phenomenal and provided everything a guest could need to enjoy their Stay!

I stayed here and right when I checked in I was greeted by a smiling face. The wonderful woman that helped me made checking in easy and explained the airport shuttle service. When I got to the room it was perfectly clean and never had any issue with it. Checkout was just as easy and the shuttle was on time and the driver was super friendly. Totally recommend this place to stay for a easy place to stay for a early morning flight.

As typical airport hotels go, this one was top notch. The room and hotel were clean and in good repair. The location is also excellent to return to the rental car location with a gas station on the way. The hotel itself was quiet so I was able to get decent sleep.

Since I'll be flying out of STL in the future, I'll plan to stay here before my flights.

There is an airport shuttle. Breakfast was the normal Hampton Inn breakfast with the addition of a super friendly employee working the breakfast area.

Clean rooms, with good space and comfortable beds. The front desk staff were extra helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were amazing - fast and efficient and loading/unloading. The shuttle even picked up my wife and sister in law from the car rental location when the rental shuttle refused to take them to the airport to meet the hotel shuttle.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful to our group. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast bar was good. Well taken care of by a nice lady that was conscientious and prideful in her breakfast bar area. Shuttle service very nice.

Front desk understands travel isn't easy for guests, and they will go out of their way to accommodate you. Truly an amazing and caring staff! The breakfast manager makes sure you're fed, even if it's after breakfast time. A great place to stay and so convenient to airport with the shuttle and parking. Highly recommend!

Stayed 11/2/22. Large clean room. Courteous staff. The best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel I’m the USA. The dining room and breakfast bar were spotlessly clean. The lady at the breakfast bar was courteous and kept everything full and organized. She was the greatest.

Very friendly staff. Accommodated all of our requests. Clean rooms. Plenty of towels. Though by the airport, we didn't hear a single plane. Be advised it is hard to get food delivery at night. 2 places cancelled immediately after ordering. However, there are plenty of food places in close vicinity. Gated parking available.

We had a very pleasant two night stay over Christmas. Room was clean and comfy. Beds extremely comfortable and well made. Plenty of towels etc. staff was super friendly and helpful. Did not eat there so can not comment. Easy access and secure parking lot. Noise from the airport was minimal and not an issue.

We were headed to airport early for an 8 am flight, but were really early, 5 am early. Looking for cell phone lot, we sort of ran into Hampton Inn because of a bathroom emergency. We asked the gentleman at the counter and he said with a smile, 'sure np...' and pointed us in the direction of the bathrooms. These folks are nice, and so courteous that I had to give them a rating! ..and the bathrooms were CLEAN!

After unexpected travel delays, the staff here was very kind and helpful, even giving us information on how we could get to downtown without a car. The room was clean and my kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options, including eggs and ham, although they did run out of cereal. The free shuttle was really nice and they made us small to go breakfast bags for our early flight.

EXCELLENT!! We checked in 07/03-07/06/2021 and I have NO complaints about this hotel. It was very and I mean very clean. Indeed I travel with my own cleaning products, bath towels, sheets, and face towels, BUT had I forgotten anything I would have been safe using their linens. The elevator even smelled like it was cleaned each time we got on it. Then you have Elana -- she at the front desk when we checked in and every morning when we headed out on adventures. Her smiled warmed your heart. She was sweet. She was always smiling and welcoming the guests. Thank you for a wonderful and safe stay at the Hampton Inn. When we revisit, this will be our "go-to" hotel stay. You will not disappointed. 😀😀

The Hampton Inn was Great!! Located 5 minutes from the airport and priced very reasonably. They do have airport shuttles and the drivers are pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, the receptionists were very nice and welcoming. The room was very nice, comfortable and cleaned. They have breakfast from 0600- 1000 a.m. and it was delicious. The ladies working the breakfast area were very nice and accommodating with anything you needed, the food was fresh and the dinning area very clean. I will definitely return as a guest if I'm ever in the area again. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.I highly recommend it.

Very nice. Staff was always very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was AMAZING!!! Will be back. It is so closed to a lot of things which made the commute a lot easier. A lot of people don't want to stay in hotels near the airport due to hearing the planes. We were here for 2 days and I never heard the first plane! Loved it!

This hotel is very clean and comfortable as well as very affordable, the base boards are even clean! The decor is so inviting also. I came here at the last minute because everything was booked, I'm so glad I did! Their full breakfast is included in the price of your stay😄 The workers are the best from Pamela who works in the kitchen to all the front desk workers who go above and beyond to give you every snack you could possibly want, to Tiffany who cleaned our room. Thank you for being available🤗

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of our every need. The room was nice and comfortable at a reasonable price. I liked that they served breakfast as well. The best part about staying so close to the airport was the free shuttle ride to and from the airport. The shuttle drives was on time and friendly as well. I'd recommend Hampton to anyone.

After a bad experience at the Marriot down the street, we checked in here at midnight 5/7/21. The employee was so kind and apologized for the bad experience I had at the other hotel, even though they had no relationship with that place. Told me to get some sleep and let her know if I needed anything. Next morning, 5/8/21 everyone working the lobby was so kind. Offered me fresh coffee and told us to enjoy the rest of our day. So nice. 6/5 stars!

I was visiting my husband that works out of state. We decided to stay close to the airport beings that we were not familiar with the airport location. I called to make reservations, last minute at another hotel, within the Hilton group, and they were booked but the lady with reservations suggested the Hampton which was in the same area. The booking was quick and easy. Another bonus, I was able to get a shuttle to the airport and my husband was able to ride with me, stay with me longer because he wasn't dropping me off and having a time limit as to how long he could be parked, as it has so often happened before. He called the hotel whenever he was ready and the shuttle took him back to the airport with no problem. In a word full of worry, we were so at ease because the rooms were so very clean as was the hotel as a whole! Great job Hampton Inn, you never disappoint!!

I landed in the middle of a huge storm at 0100. I made it to the curb and found the Rental Car Shuttle stop area. Shawn, the Shuttle Bus driver was making an extra lap, Stopped where I was, and asked where I was headed. I said Hertz and he informed me they were closed for the night. As a HH member and recognizing both the Logo on the van and the courtesy of Shawn, I asked if there was a room available Shawn said he thought so, radioed James at the desk, and off we went. The weather was SO BAD, that the ramp crew couldn't come to walk our plane in. Shawn was out in this weather picking up hotel guests. with a smile and reassuring attitude. Excellent!
