I ordered a funeral stand to be delivered last minute and they had no problem getting it ready and delivering it on time to the service. I placed my order with Stephanie and she was so helpful and friendly. She made the whole experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend this florist.

Samantha was extremely professional and patient while taking my order ( it was a unique request , and right before closing time)..my flowers were delivered within the hour ,and were better than i imagined a very nice gentlemen. .I believe that his name was Ray... I highly recommend this company for any and all important flower needs..they really helped me get out of the dog house! !!

I called West Canal Florist at noon on the day after my sister in law passed unexpectedly. The owner was so kind, and sent my Father in Law a lovely bouquet that same day. Note: my FIL lives in the country in MS and West Canal took care of us. The owner sent me a text picture of the arrangement which was such a great service, since I live out of state. Thank you all so much for your service and kindness.

West Canal came through short notice to accommodate my desire for a blooming hydrangea for a daughter with same day delivery. They even sent me a picture before delivery which was a nice surprise. Most times you never know what ur gift looks like when ordering by phone or online !

In September after traveling from Texas to Mississippi I needed to send a Sympathy Plant to my brother's funeral. What florist do I call? After searching the internet I located West Canal Florist. They delivered the plant to the church. Awesome job!

Working in Denver, Colorado and unable to be home for my 9 year anniversary, the florist was willing and able to accomplish exactly what I asked for and deliver it to my wife the morning of our anniversary. Thank y’all

DO NOT BUY anything from them. After not delivering the flowers on the day I selected it took me 2 days to get in touch with them (not answering calls or emails on their side) and they STILL didn't deliver the arrangement once they told me it was out for delivery. Don't waste your money or time. They are horrible.

I order flowers from this florist and the flowers were old and dying. I was ver disappointed and when I went to tell them in person, the address that they show was not there.
