Polk's Discount Drugs #4

Polk’s employees have been extremely helpful when explaining my medications and communications with me regarding my refills or when my medications are out of refills. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have noticed that on my prescription labels, it shows how many refills I have remaining. This is a great practice for CUSTOMER ACCOUNTABILITY! They are the pharmacy team, so I know handling so many prescriptions keeps them busy, but making sure I reach out to my doctor makes it a little easier on them and it builds a better relationship. Thank you all for what you do!

I've shopped the pharmacy 6 times now and every time I get prompt and friendly service. All staff members treat me with the highest professional quality. I'm glad to find such a hometown store with such respectable character.
There are other lines of merchandise that also represent high quality and taste. I don't mind waiting for my pharmacy products just to get to browse around; even though they are always much faster than the larger chain stores with even cheaper prices.

My husband and family have lived in many cities in many states. Small pharmacies sometimes, large other times. ALL of the pharmacists and every employee at POLKS is always courteous. They go out of the way to meet any need I have had in the last 17 years and never hesitate suggesting ways I can save money on my prescriptions.

They have explained my medicines and made sure I understood what it was for and any reactions I might experience.

When we first moved here they were recommended and i came in. I thought, "A pharmacy in a gas station?" But the answer is a resounding YES! and a GREAT pharmacy it is!

I’ve been in rankin county for over a year now. I have a chronic illness and take a pricey controlled substance for my pain. They don’t judge, they don’t look at you funny, they just take care of you. I’m not sure of the two female pharmacists names, but they are both super nice. I’ve gone back and forth bt Walgreens and here bc of the price, but the price is fine when you’re dealing with actual humans and not the robots working at Walgreens.

This is my favorite place to go for Rx needs and anything else. No doubt the fastest and most pleasant pharmacy staff around and the general store staff is awesome as well. They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and you're informed about everything. I've never had a bad experience at Polks Spillway,

Have rented a knee scooter twice now from Polks. Easy process and the cost was better than some other medical supply places. They always have a few in stock.

I’ve been using this Pharmacy for the last 10 years or so. The staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous. I wouldn’t go any place else.

I have been going here literally half my life, never have had a bad experience and they are so much faster than anyone else and helpful, if you are able to deal with my hate of having to take medications, you are good lol
