I had my own preconceived ideas of what the process would be like, but boy was I wrong. Salesman Mr. K. Coyt made my experience the best ever. He knew exactly what I wanted and ask if I wanted to look around for something else. That's customer service at it's all time best. As a customer service specialist for the past 25 years I was thoroughly impressed.

I was treated with first class customer service by a very intelligent and sweet young man that knew just how important our needs were to us and provided us all that and more. D. SHAFFER gave us a memorable experience and if he can get my husband to understand the logistics of financing the this young man rocked!! We thank him for being patient and courteous with us through our entire visit there.
