Yune CrossFit

Yune CrossFit has become like a family to me. They welcomed me right in during one of the most difficult times of my life. The members, the coaches, and the environment were like a breath of fresh air. They’ve encouraged me to be my best, but also allowing me to determine how far I should push my body. I’m healthier - physically and mentally - than I’ve been in a long time. Knowledgeable, quality coaching staff as well as manageable workouts that won’t leave you overworked or injured. Wouldn’t want to work out anywhere else!

This month makes 8 years that I’ve been doing CrossFit with an affiliate. I joined Yune CrossFit almost two years ago, and it was one of the best decisions that I could have made for myself. I’ve gotten to know some pretty incredible people, and would have missed out on that had I been unwilling to make myself a little uncomfortable. If you’re considering CrossFit and looking for a fun place to start training, I 10 out of 10 recommend.

I started CrossFit almost two years ago. It all started as an “ I’m only going to do it for a month because I felt like it would be too much or I wouldn’t belong there... however that was further from the truth.
CrossFit became part of my day-to-day daily routine. The coaches are so attentive and genuinely are there to help you, not to mention they’re your best hype man when you feel like you can’t push through the workout. The members and coaches have become like a second family to me. Never in my life would I have thought I would be lifting weights, doing pull-ups!?! Toes to the bar?! Younger me would be so proud of how mentally and physically I have grown, CrossFit at Yune CrossFit being a part of that.

I am so grateful for Yune CrossFit! The coaches there are so knowledgeable and modify each workout to each person. Being a breast cancer survivor, I love the fact that I can come in there and they work with me on how to get back to moving like before. So thankful for the community that we have there.

The Yune CrossFit is a great place to work out! The coaches are informative, encouraging, and always instruct you to push yourself while practicing proper form and technique. The environment is welcoming and nonjudgmental! I love this gym!

Love it here ! The coaches are amazing and very knowledgeable, and they have amazing workouts. I have been going here for 4 months and don't plan on stopping. It's a great place to meet people and have an amazing workout! ☆☆☆☆☆

Since day 1 of stepping foot into Yune CrossFit, I felt at home. The coaches are absolutely amazing with hands on intentional instructions to ensure the safest workout possible. The community is 100% supportive no matter who you are or what you do!

I have been doing Crossfit for many years and it’s one of the best thing I have ever done for myself. It’s a hour out of my day to be with some of the most encouraging people that I now consider my family. I turned 50 today and I’m praying I can continue this journey for many years to come. Absolutely love this crossfit gym. The instructors are thorough and safe with the workouts. Also, as a newbie to crossfit, no one ever made me feel out of place. Everyone is very encouraging.

Yune is awesome! It has quickly become my favorite part of the day! I know when I walk in I’m going to be treated like family and get a great workout in at the same time. I look forward to going everyday and see big things in its future!

By far the best decision I have ever made when I walked into the door.. being able to see and feel your body transform is daily motivation. So much encouragement from everyone, the constant push and determination from the coaches is amazing! The amount of time I was able to do CrossFit was the best I have ever felt about myself, if my life wasn’t so busy I would still be there to this day! Highly recommend 💙

Seven years ago I walked through the doors, and my life was changed for the better. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The sense of community among the members and the knowledge and understanding of the coaching staff makes this more than a gym-the mindset is all-for-one and one-for-all; we are truly family from the 70 year-olds to the five-year-olds and everything in between. I love Yune CrossFit! Everyone is incredibly nice and friendly. All of the coaches are great about working with you where you are and helping you get to where you want to be. This place is seriously the favorite part of my day!

I love my 8:30 class. I love the fact that no matter whether you are first, middle are last in your workout, someone is always cheering you on. I love being at CrossFit, everyone there inspires me to be better . Thank you for all you do. Oh , I forgot to mention, my kids LOVE it too.💪💪

I have been a part of yune crossfit since the beginning, and have taken some time off here and there. The most recent break I took, I didn’t realize how far I let myself fall. It wasn’t until I was trying to get a better job, and the physical showed me how bad off I was. Richard took the time to work with me specifically on things the physical showed me I needed to improve. Here I am a year later, not just a lot of weight down, but I feel better than I have since I was 20 years old. I have battled with gout and blood pressure issues since an early age, and since I have gotten serious about my health with a lot of help with the yune crew, I have had better control over these issues than I have since it all began. Couldn’t be happier to be a part of this gym.

This is a great gym with supportive coaches, great environment, and workouts that can be tailored to any fitness level. I’m happy to be a part of this community.
