My experience with order pick up was AWESOME!! I was in and out quickly. My order was correct and exactly what I ordered. The employee that assisted us was incredibly nice. Despite being busy she helped us quickly and was so nice!!

I ran into Target on Dec. 17th to grab a shirt and the lines were EXTREMELY long. Not only were they long, but they were kind of short on cashiers. ( it's the Christmas holidays so I get it) Anyway, I jumped in line. As I'm in my line, I see the line next to me (customer service line) moving steadily while I was waiting patiently for my turn. I get to the front of my line, look over to that line and realized that there was ONE person running TWO registers and moving the line just as steady as if it was two people. I HAD to get out of line, tell her what a great job she was doing and get her name. (Candace B.) Target Jackson, I hope you read this and give Candace B. her flowers because she was WORKING that day all while still greeting her customers with a smile!

I waited about 10 minutes during peak hours from the time I pulled up so it was a smooth flow. The customer service guy was very polite as well 👍

The customer service I received on 6/15/21 was excellent! The cashier went above and beyond. I purchased a gift card and it did not work properly. The cashier (Ms. Alecia) called the 800 number and resolved the issue. She was very friendly and had empathy for me. She showed me that I mattered and my business mattered. I feel that she has good skills for management. I would like to see more workers like her in target. Thanks Ms. Alecia!!!!

They have consistently watched over the safety of employees and customers by thorough sanitation, social distancing organization, and mask requirements. I shop with them whenever I am able to do so. The staff is fantastic. They are awesome. If you don’t want to wear a mask, use curbside or stay home. The rest of us want to end this thing.

We've been using Target Drive Up and the process has been seamless at this store. We never have an issue and the team members are often coming out with our purchases as soon as we put our car in park. They're also very polite and always keep their distance (which is very much appreciated in the era of COVID-19).

When i reached at target, a person with my order was already waiting outside, he handed my stuff to me, i came back. Literally took me 30 seconds to pick up my order from target. I highly recommend their drive up service.
