I always have a great experience when I go to Jackson Hewitt. The lady that helps me is always nice and helpful and I don't have to wait in a long line or make appointments . I've been going to them for over 10 years now and I've never had a bad experience. Thanks Jackson Hewitt 🙂

Jackson Hewitt has been doing my taxes for 25 years I love our tax agent I would like a little bit cheaper fee next year lol but happy with the service and would have gave 5 star but their office in walmart are to small lol other than that yall are great. I will never recommend this company... i am still waiting after a month of calling mutiple times for my return to be printed after paying $500. I was told others returns are more important than mine by the customer service line
