Julie`s rentals made our beach vacation so relaxing and memorable! We arrived at our home and everything was already delivered. All of the equipment was clean and easy to use. It was delightful to walk down to the beach and find our beach tents already up and assembled. The staff made it very clear that they wanted to make our stay as relaxing as possible! I literally couldn`t imagine this trip without them! Our experience was nothing like the other reviews below, I believe it is under new management and for the better :)

Always been super helpful and the girl behind the counter was so kind to me and took great care and told me everything I needed to know for my stay!! Definitely recommend!!!!

We rented a golf cart for our annual family beach trip this past week. Calling to secure the golf cart was super easy, they were friendly and explained what they needed from me to secure the rental. When we arrived on Saturday, our golf cart was waiting for us at our rental, it looked new and worked great all week! Such a simple process and we were so impressed with how new and nice the golf cart was in comparison to other rentals we drove by. Thanks for the great service and quality of rental, we will definitely rent again next year!

Very convenient and reasonable. Linens were at the home when we arrived and they supply a bag for you to leave the linens and when you leave.

Yesterday I rented a bike from Julie’s and had a delicious coffee. Today, I went back. The people working were very thoughtful and caring. I hope to return to Sunset Beach one day. I will definitely use Julie’s again. I made the ride to the Kindred Spirit mailbox twice in 2 days. I’m so glad I had the bike.

We've been renting bikes from Julie's Rentals for several years now and have enjoyed their quality customer service as well as fun beach cruiser bikes for all ages. Last summer my daughter was not quite ready to ride the full Sunset Beach to Bird Island on her toddler bike and Julie's had a tag-along for rental which made our adventures much more enjoyable for all of us. We went to the beach for the first time in the off season and to our surprise Julie's Rentals was open and accommodating to our plans which required us to adjust our stay. Julie's Rentals kindly adjusted our rentals AND switched out a youth bike for a slightly larger size. We will definitely continue to use Julie's Rentals and recommend them to other families looking for fun ways to explore the beach on wheels!

Julie's performed just like they promised the week we were there, 8-3-17. We rented a canopy for the week. It was set up each day like promised except for one because of inclement weather. We got a text that morning that it would not be set up which was nice. However, weather turned nice later that day so I asked if we could borrow and umbrella for the half day and they obliged and did not charge. Also rented chairs for the week.They were delivered to the house as promised. Also rented bikes on a whim. Yes, they did not deliver and it was a bit confusing but we just walked down there and pick up the bikes. The place is centrally located on the island. I'm sure they are working on the glitch that implies delivery on short notice. Overall, great experience with Julie's

Hands down the best rental company I have worked with on vacation! I rented a few different items for our week at the beach - and the staff at Julies went above and beyond to help us out. I will definitely be using this company every summer on my trip to Sunset! Highly recommend.

Julie’s rentals always have what I need! I love renting bikes here or beach supplies. Bikes are great to ride on the beach, especially to Kindred Spirit Mailbox! I am always greeted by Friendly and helpful staff!!

Arrived after a long day of driving to find bikes, paddle boards, sheets and towels all clean and delivered to our house and ready to use. Julie's Rentals customer service and quality rentals (the bikes were smoother that my personal bike at home) made for a wonderful vacation experience that I would highly recommend to anyone.

I know the owner is a Christian and a very smart and hard working young man name David. He Try’s to please and service his custom with a great attitude and will go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay at Sunset beach. Visit coastal grounds for your morning coffee you won’t be disappointed. Always with a smile and weather you need sheets or towels to make your rental feel more like home or a bike to cruise the beach, David will take care of it.

A company is only as good as the owner is. David is an exceptional young man who loves people and goes the extra mile. Julie’s rentals took good care of our large group when we were visiting from out of town! I would Definitely recommend Julie’s rentals to anyone visiting Sunset beach!

Julie’s rentals is the best place to rent EVERYTHING you need when you go to the beach. I got great service and very friendly people to deal with. The owner (David) goes out of his way to make sure everything is right. I will always rent from this rental place from now on.

The ladies that works inside is awsome-i felt welcome here i got jsut icecream and drinks here. This place won my approval if i have to rent a golf cart or bikes i will come here

At the drop of a dime the town decides to ban canopies on the beach. These guys didn't skip a beat. They went out of their way to make sure we were notified and found a loophole to still offer us 2 XL beach umbrellas for the same price! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent.

Alright, Julie's, step up. And you did. My apologies for jumping the gun. You offered me an honest refund and I DID receive it. I do apologize for any damage that I may have caused you. Julie's service has been totally honorable and I recommend them now and in the future.
