I love Dave's Outpost, all the fishing tackle available that you could only dream about. Artificial bait, such as blood worm strips, shrimp flavored strips, fresh bait, frozen bait, sand fleas, mullet, squid, shrimp, etc. Penn reels, rods, tackle boxes, carts, all at a great price. Anything you can imagine or on your wish list as far as fishing goes, its here at Dave's in Sunset Beach.

This is your place to go for all your fishing and fun in the sun needs. Friendly folks too.

Tackle, Clothes, Gear, Bait! Heck they only thing they don’t sell is the boats! Great staff and family owned. They are the perfect place for gear. They have more specific gear than even BPS!

If you are anywhere close to sunset beach this is a great place to checkout . Fishing gear , rod reels line , and clothes , bait . Staff very friendly.

Dave's is outstanding! I've purchased at least six rod and reels from Dave's along with cloths, boat supplies, lures, string etc. Great quality and great people. It is also a great place to go to just browse around and look at the huge selection of everything. I love the location at the Sunset Beach ramp and park. The guys/gals working there are extremely knowledgable about inshore, off beach, off shore, surf, and even a little fly fishing thrown in. Many of the local fishing guides shop at Daves and that is a plus, especially when you ask questions about the current fish bite and you get up to date feed back from what the guides are telling the folks at Daves. Support our local businesses. Also, if you want the funny story.....ask why it's called Daves.

This place is amazing! If you are fishing near Sunset Beach, N.C. this is a must stop for your gear. It doesn't matter if you are fishing from the shore, boat, backwater, deepsea, or freshwater. They have everything. Not only can they outfit you for your fishing needs the staff is super helpful, relatable, and informative.

Only place around myrtle Beach where I could buy fishing poles without going to wallyworld or bass pro. Good prices on Penn combos. I was lucky and my wife allowed me to buy 2 combos.

My favorite store for boating and fishing, awesome selection of lures, poles, boat accessories. If your in the area this is a place you must stop at. Wonderful employees, excellent service, and they are always helpful for tips and pointing you in the right direction, 5 stars all the way

They have a bunch of fishing stuff if people don't have the inflatable life jackets they are the best thing to buy if u have a boat

Dave's is an awesome store to shop for most anything for the coastal angler. They have a huge variety of products. The thing I appreciate the most is that the staff seems genuinely interested in helping you catch fish. They have always given me pointers on what is biting, what bait or lure to use and where the fish are. Most other places haven't really helped that much, either because they don't know or just really aren't interested.

Great shop for pretty much anything you need for fishing and also boat and trailer supplies. Very nice staff and if they don’t have something you need chances are they can order it from you. Not to mention the top notch rod repair.

Dave's has a great selection of medium to high end fishing supplies including components for boats and trailers. The staff was knowledgable and not pushy. I was impressed.
