Kohl's

I went in to Kohl's on battleground avenue store in Greensboro to purchase a pair of winter boots. From the time I walked into the store until the time I left the store the staff was very kind, helpful, and very friendly with smiling faces. I was assisted with every question I had. The store was very neat, clean and organized even if it was crowded. To the corporate office you should feel very honored to have such wonderful staff. Sales associate was friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for. I haven’t had that kind of service in any other stores in a very long time!!!!

Thank you Stacy for helping me and my daughter she was trying on to see if a bracelet fit her wrist she took us too the jewelry department the other woman that worked the jewelry department did not want to help us or even go out of her way for a simple request but stacy did needs a raise its the good employees that are never gave the recognition they truly deserve. She dropped what she was doing just to help us that says alot

First time with an Amazon return that needed to go to Kohls. Liked this better than Whole Foods return because their are people to receive the return. Bonus....the printout they gave me had a 20% coupon for Kohls on the back. I would return Amazon here again.

It's convenient to be able to come here and return Amazon items. The original packaging isn't required and as a bonus, the return receipt usually includes discounts for purchases made at Kohl's.

I'm often suspicious of "forever" sales (risks of artificially original/inflated prices), but the deals are fine here. More importantly, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, though the retail space downsizing here could stand for new planograms. The 70% (as of this writing) clearance going on has decent prices, so it's making me wonder how they make a profit. Impressive enough, that I decided to become a stockholder. 🙃

Well organized store with friendly staff and reasonable options for clothes and shoes. The staff at this location seem to be especially nice.

Just needed to go in and get some new shoes. It had a good sale on some trail runners.
