The only place that would allow 3 dogs, clean rooms,quiet ,very nice close to ihop, front desk was more than helpful.nothing bad to say..

Very clean rooms, excellent mattress, clean property. Older place that is very well maintained. I highly recommend staying here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Oh all the windows are clean on this property that said. Walked around my room in white socks and they stayed white, walked around barefoot comfortably.

The owner and his wife were excellent!!!! Everyone was SO nice here! Even the other guests! I highly recommend them!!!! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They gave us the biggest room because we have a service animal. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here! 😁

I want to share a positive experience at Econo Lodge. It's an older place that is very well maintained. The mattress are new and very comfortable we slept great. Our room was very clean, I walked around in white socks and they stayed white. The windows were clean not filmy. These fks work hard and it shows. I highly recommend staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff is amazing! All the way from the manager, to housekeeping! My wife and I are staying through the month and we have no complaints whatsoever. The grounds are clean and well lit. The room we're staying in is very nice. We love that is centrally located and minutes from everything. If your traveling through, I would definitely recommend staying here. Great room, fantastic staff, and a very good rate! Keep up the good work!

After being evacuated from florida we were pretty much ready to settle for anything at this point... But i am actually extremely happy we ran into this hotel. I wish i would have gotten the older gentleman's name at the front desk, probably one of the nicest people I've met here so far, it wasn't only with me and my family it was with every person in general. It is walking distance to several place both large franchises and hometown favorites. It is pet friendly with the most competitive prices we have seen in town. The rooms are extremely well kept. Clean, well stocked, and overall comfortable.

I personally would return under better circumstances just to enjoy the town.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager was very pleasant and showed a sense of care for his guest and hotel that most fail to do. I will return here. And I will promote this hotel whenever I can. Location was great. Near many restaurants and stores. Quiet surroundings. A completely positive experience all around.

Rooms recently remodeled, tile floor, great beds (nice and soft), great cleaning staff, all staff very friendly, no spectacular views. Good stay for a great price. If you stay here I recommend chick 's stick for food. Cajun fries and surf n turf fries are the way to go. Your wallet and belly will agree.

I am currently staying the night at the econo lodge in picayune, ms. The front desk clerk was amazing and super friendly and helpful, the owner himself was here at the time of my arrival and he greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was and told me that would be more than happy to help take care of my lodging needs while here! I needed extra towels and wash rags and they kindly obliged! I am staying with my children and when we got to our room it was nice and clean. It has a bathtub and the bathrooms were remarkably clean for what is called a “2-star hotel”. The beds are comfortable and the ac blows cold. We have a refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, coffee pot and blow dryer in the room. The area is quiet. Flat screen tv in the room with directv. Plenty of food places around and me and the kids can’t wait to see what the breakfast is like! Very pleased with this hotel and friendly staff and I would most definitely come back and stay and recommend it to others. The low price is a PLUS also!

They work with us on our rent. It's a clean motel. Pet friendly. Everybody is real friendly. I will say the neighbor right above me did break in my room and stole from me. They didn't kick him out. Otherwise I love the place

Guy at the front desk gave a $10 discount for being a veteran, got us in our room quickly. Had everything we needed, took a quick swim. Was very impressed and will come stay again.

our stay was excellent. Very fast and friendly check in. Staff was very friendly and knew our name and time of arrival. Room was very clean and bed was soft and comfortable.

Nice and clean safe feeling very lite up parking area people nice i would stay again for sure i loved the bed the only one issue i had the bed squeaked when you rolled over but it was comfortable

Good place. The staff is friendly and they have breakfast. Not the biggest selection but it's enough to hold you over till lunch

Me and my wife billie jean saurage stay here a month the people in the office was so sweet and nice room we stayed in was nice the lady's that did house keeping did a awesome job when we come to picayune we will stay again

Clean, reasonable price and love the swimming pool. Guests are very nice, and so are the employees as well as helpful
