Hampton Inn by Hilton Spring Lake Fayetteville

Everything seems to be updated and modern. Pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite. Breakfast had a great selection and good coffee. They had a wonderful hot chocolate spread which the kids enjoyed making. They also allow pets, didn't smell like it. We would recommend and rebook!

I’ve had the opportunity to stay at this location twice in two weeks for a number of days. Everyone I’ve encountered has excellent customer service and makes you feel welcomed, comfortable and valued. While the hotel is under renovation, the customer service makes up for it tremendously. I will be returning and I recommend others that may be traveling in the area to this location as well.

We stayed here lastThursday night. It was probably the best Hampton we’ve ever been it. The front desk was so awesome, smiled, and helpful. We enjoyed the out door pool for about 2 1/2 hours. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn to everyone. Also had a delicious breakfast buffet, even though the sausage was a bit spicy for me. They even refilled blueberries for me.

This is a nice hotel, with a location so close to Fort Liberty/Bragg I would not have been surprised by weekend noise from the soldiers but there wasn’t any. The wife and I have stayed here 3 different weeks and have had the same level of service each time. The rooms are nice sized and staff is very friendly/helpful.

All the hospitality workers were top notch, Friendly all hours of the days and nights I was there.

Breakfast was satisfying and varied each day. Servers were all very friendly. Early Birds and late risers will be happy with the breakfast hours.

Various Shops about the area, many within walking distance or short drive.

Front desk always has great staff, making sure you have everything you need, answering any questions you have.

Free breakfast is actually good! Most free breakfasts are scraped together but not here.

Rooms are clean and spacious, I can’t see how Hampton Inn would not get anything other than 5 stars as a review!

The room was very spacious and neat, the kind I needed for the family. The front desk was great and the room was cleaned👌. The only thing that needed little attention is the microwave, it's a little old. Also, breakfast was good and we did enjoy our stay

Stayed one night with the Hampton Inn last night and I was very pleased. The rooms, dining area, and pool area were all clean. I wish I had asked for the name of the front desk associate that checked us in, he was great. Anything that we needed he took care of it. I struggle with hotels actually, I always clean a little when I first arrive. I also usually Lysol the beds, pillows, and shower curtain, but I didn't have the Lysol this trip, but I was surprisingly okay. My hotel anxiety ( which increased after COVID) forces me to research every hotel, so I try to choose newer hotels when I can to avoid rust and dirty, dusty, corners, lamps, light switches and phones. There was a little corner dirt, but it wasn't too bad at all. You could tell it was due to cleaners mopping and it just built up over time from the moisture in the corners, that happens in bathrnooms sometime. There was one thing I was worried about, one of the blankets had some stains on it. Perhaps it was coffee that didn't come out in the laundry. Sometimes, those type things get missed because housekeeping has so many rooms to take care of and it may have gone unoticed because of the duvet cover. I called the front desk to ask for a trade and went down to meet him, he gladly got me another one, although he was the only staff on duty, he multitasked well. After the blanket thing, I said a prayer over everything ( since I was without my trusty Lysol), showered, and rested. The hot water got hot really fast also, which was nice. This morning the breakfast attendant had everything laid out so nicely. She had a variety of options, something for everyone, turkey sausage for me, sugar free syrup for my husband and Smuckers for my son. This is the first hotel I've seen that is doing a hot breakfast like this since the pandemic calmed down and I would know because we travel a lot ( military). I enjoyed my stay. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn, Spring Lake, Fayetteville, NC.. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating and assisted when they could. Vanessa & Derrick went above and beyond by helping us have what we needed during our bereavement of my Dad. Forever grateful for being heard. The only thing missing was bacon 🥓 🥓 from the breakfast 🍳 assortment . 😍🤩☺

Hands down the best Hampton Inn I have stayed in. The breakfast tasted like it was all handmade with love. It's the little things and this hotel provides those things that really pushes it above all others.

We had a long 12 hour car ride & had booked a room in Greensboro but they overbooked so we kept driving to Hampton inn in Spring lake. We arrived right after a pretty severe thunderstorm and luckily got the last room available. The evening staff was extremely helpful & accommodated all of our needs. The room was spacious & clean. In the morning, the breakfast was great & plenty to choose from. The morning staff was helpful. It was a great place to stay.

Very spacious suite.
One of the beds (the one i slept in) felt as if it were put to real good use (broken & noisy). Woke up not feeling well rested. I didn't have time to change rooms as I arrived around 1am & was extremely tired of driving from Florida.
Loved the size of the rooms...managed to lay on the other bed once the rest of my family woke up. That other bed felt amazing & didn't make any noise. Breakfast was OK. Limited options.

We needed a last minute reservation as the hotel we were supposed to check into had a major issue, so we wouldn’t stay there. When we called, we spoke to Elizabeth who was extremely helpful. When we arrived, Elizabeth was very pleasant and helpful. The room was amazing. We stayed in a Deluxe King and, the room was very spacious. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable bed. We enjoyed breakfast and the selection changed every day. Close to Fort Bragg. We would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. Clean comfortable rooms 😌. Nice pool and sun deck great sun all day pool was very comfortable not cold. Hilton brand is bringing it with competitive rates, digital key, & member benefits. Restaurants within 3 min walk. Swaadee Thai restaurant I would highly recommend 😋 try the steamed dumplings (if you follow check the review on them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) Great pool for the kids. So many hotels were sold out, we made a point to drive to this Hampton before stopping at a much lower quality motel. So so glad we took the extra time.
This hotel is so clean! The breakfast is well stocked, the staff is so kind. And the pool makes me want to visit in warmer weather. They also provided more toiletries than other Hampton Inns that I've stayed in recently.
If you're traveling on 95, book your hotel a day in advance, they can fill up very quickly! You may be driving hours it of your way up find a nice place to stay.

Cool hotel, a lot of army people stay here because they are close to fort Bragg. Eating breakfast felt like I was back in a mess hall. Full of army people getting ready to start their day. The rooms are amazing and extremely comfortable, I feel like I am sleeping in a ☁ cloud , the room has a small refrigerator and microwave, spacious, immaculate and extremely comfortable. Recommend this hotel,, it gives you a comfortable experience 😁👍

I stayed here because my son had a competition. He needed a good rest before and after. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was fantastic and super clean. The room was also cleaned during our stay (which is hard to find these days). My son is 6'3" and 280 and needs his space. We found it here and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good night's sleep in a clean, safe and friendly hotel. The value is also spot on.

Wow wow wow! Great hotel, we got the 2 queen bed suite. Huge room with a little kitchenette. Nice breakfast! I'll be telling everyone to stay here
