Every time I go see Jackie and Kevin I tell them they need another sign that reads “Interiors by Jackie and Kevin” because that is how amazing their customer service is. I made many trips and spent several hours pouring over fabrics and getting their feedback on what would work best for my new home I am renovating. They are always gracious, kind and extremely helpful. Jackie even took me to their warehouse that has even more amazing furniture.

Thus far I have purchased a bed with nightstands, loveseat, chairs, and a beautiful chaise for my sunroom. They truly have the best selection, prices and customer service in all of North Carolina. And if they don’t have it in the showroom, they can order it for you. For example, I wanted a specific style of bed made by Universal and it was delivered 1 week later! My custom unholstered Kincaid pieces are beautiful, very well made, and will last for years to come.

Their delivery team is also amazing and they deliver for free! They bring every piece into your room of choice and assemble. They even bring floor pads to protect your floors.

If you live in North Carolina, I highly recommend you go see Jackie and Kevin. Ordering online and having to deal with damaged furniture and poor shipping policies (i.e. leaving them on your lawn in the rain), just isn’t worth the headache.

I am in need of more pieces and I will get them all from Mid-State Furniture. Thanks again Jackie and Kevin for all your help. I am so pleased with my new furniture!

Recently moved to the area, our realtor recommended us to stop here first before driving hours to High Point or other parts of NC for furniture. It was our first, and only stop. We purchased a table set off the floor, and ordered a sofa and chairs to our specs, picked out our colors/fabric/legs/etc. So happy with the results, and all made in the USA. The guys doing the delivery were extremely nice/professional. Kevin and Lois are awesome.

The prices cannot be beat! We have shopped at Furnitureland South and Palmetto Furniture in Society Hill, SC, both being out go-to for fine furniture. You simply cant beat the prices for the same furniture. We ordered the exact same pieces/specs thousands of dollars cheaper than FLS. They are friendly and helpful, but never pushy. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Excellent store for quality furniture and mattresses. Lois, Kevin and the delivery team are awesome. We made trips to High Point, spent hours and hours on-line and visited many stores. Mid-State is where we purchased for two projects so far. We will definitely be back.

Great people, great service and great prices. No pressure, just a great family doing their best to help you get what you want at reasonable prices. The showroom can't hold a fraction of what they sell, but if you see quality brands elsewhere, you can probably buy it here. Mrs. Purvis and her son Kevin were both kind enough to help my wife and I on several visits with no pressure to buy anything and they offered us a great price right off the bat when we decided on what we wanted. Liked these people so much that we recommended them to my son who later also bought furniture from them. Ed and Mitch (the delivery and set up men) were great as well. Give them a try. I think you'll be very happy you did.
