Cascade Park

Local neighborhood park in Greensboro on the corner of Cascade and Watauga Drive. Fairly large area with picnic tables, play set area, swings, and a small field. It is bordered by a creek. Popular locations for birthday parties and other gatherings. Can really get busy in the afternoon on nice days.

Overall well maintained and a great place to spend time outdoors with the family. As neighborhood parks go, this is one of the better ones.

A great neighborhood park tucked away with tons of shade (depending on the time of day). There is a variety of playground equipment for multiple ages. Our daughter really enjoyed it!

Simply perfect ! My daughter and I love it . nice neighborhood. The park is very equip with swings, slides, chairs and tables , they a sand area with a lot of toys.

This is a nice little park with plenty of sitting space and things for kids of all ages. It was in a nice setting that felt safe. Our little enjoyed it!

Very easy to find with ample benches located around the playgrounds. It has a creek in there that many children enjoy exploring. Seems like local neighbors "donate" many plastic toys for children to use in the sandbox. A delightful playground place for any child to explore and play because it also has an "inclusive" swing for children with special needs.

Amazing park. Great playground areas for both smaller and 5-to-12-year-old kids. Three sets of great swings. A good sandbox area. Enough space for walking trails. Just a great place to take a family, especially with all the awesome trees providing wonderful shade.

Love this little playground. Good for our 1.5 yo and our 4 yo. Sandbox with trucks is awesome!! Creek in the background is great too .

Plenty to do, my kids love the sandbox the most. Wish more parks offered a variety of play equipment and sandbox. Though I think the neighborhood parents donate a lot of their sand equipment and trucks to this playground for all kids to us. Which is so nice of them.

Amazing smaller park for kids, huge playgrounds, great sandbox and little toys scattered about. Convenient water fountains and shaded sitting areas. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate.

Have had lots of fun with friends! Would recommend. it has a sandbox, kid swings, and 2 playgrounds for younger and slightly older kids. It has a swing set and wonderful scenery. There is a Forest behind it with well worn trails.

My children love it here. They play in the sand pit the entire time there are toys there for the children to play with if there are no other children around and of course the best part is it's easier for me to put them down for a nap once we get home.

The sand pit makes this park unique from others. Really bad cell signal though.

This park has everything: swings-both baby and big kids, two playgrounds with slides-one big and one for littler kids, a sandbox with trucks, etc. picnic tables, walking area. It's really nice. The only obvious thing forgotten about is the bathroom! Haha. It's a relatively shaded area, and you can park on the side of the street.

Great park for all ages- well maintained and easy to access. The playground equipment has some good variety and lots of places to bring a picnic. Busy on the weekends!

Nice little neighborhood park with options for small children. Parking is on the road that passes it but is not a problem. Feels safe.

Beautiful area and playground. The creek adds much fun. Just wish there were restrooms.

Something magical happens here where there are dozens of children playing but it isn't loud and everyone gets along

Great park with a play ground for younger children and quiet places for just sitting on a bench and relaxing. Located in a good neighborhood for walking.
