Thank you so much for making us feel like family. My son, who is 16, loves to go to the dentist!! I know that sounds weird but; I have no problem getting him to come for cleanings and/ or any dental work needed. This is the reason why his teeth are very healthy and white. I must mention your amazing staff, they are so sweet and attentive. From the time we walk through the door, until leaving we were giving exceptional care.We can not thank you enough for taking care of his teeth. Thank you again

Seriously hands down THE best dentist experience I've ever had. I was so nervous and anxious but from the very first call, they totally put me at ease. Special shout-outs to Emma and Lisette for going above and beyond! Dr. Liu was so sweet, kind, and empathetic, throughly discussed treatment options and a treatment plan, and they were upfront about how much my out- of- pocket would be (and it's way less than I expected) . For the first time in my many years of life, I'm actually not walking away feeling terrified about the next steps on my oral health journey.

This was my first time and they were very professional. They talked about everything that they were going to do. Showed me my x-rays, tooth that needed fixed and was very informative. I would recommend them to all my friends. the only thing I didn't like was the water dripping and splashing down my chin and getting struck in my chin with the hose by the assistant when sucking out the water.

Very good experience and very good prices. We don't have dental insurance and their cash prices were the best we've found in the 9 months we've lived in Greensboro. They also have an insurance plan which we intend on doing. Lori was my dental hygienist and it was my first time visiting this practice. We love these guys and plan on having our whole family use them. The dentist was very knowledgeable and staff all super friendly.

Dr. Liu has completely transformed my perspective on dental visits, making the entire process both seamless and devoid of discomfort. His empathetic approach, especially considering my past negative experiences, has turned a once-dreaded event into a more pleasant encounter. I cannot recommend him highly enough for all your dental care requirements.

Every one was nice. The Receptionist was very nice. She talked me through my paperwork. The nurse I had name was Asia. She was great she kept me calmed and treated me very well. The doctor was amazing. He talked me through every step and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process! I liked it so much I made an appointment for next week. Lol

First time coming I cried on the phone because I had a really really really bad tooth and they was nice and gentle and I think I found my new dentist office after I heal from this tooth being pulled I’ll definitely will be back so see what else they can do to help me. Everyone was nice and nonjudgmental and I look for that within a dentist office I RECOMMEND COMPLETELY 100%

The staff was extremely pleasant and efficient to deal with. They even saved me a bit of money with a happenstance scheduling situation. I was seen in a timely manner and am more than satisfied with my service.

In general, I have been pleased with RA. My cleaning today was very thorough. The office staff are professional and polite.

I absolutely love this practice never have I ever received any weird energy from them and we all know how energy works. Most places I have went to just didn’t feel right but I had to be there. I love how professional every I have met are down to the dentist, He is so DOPE and just made me feel extra comfortable throughly kept asking me if I was ok and that’s what I love and I had forgotten his name to btw 🥹. I like how the prices are affordable doesn’t seem to be an extreme amount. The way everyone answers the phone is so sweet it makes you feel so welcomed and I can feel that it is very authentic. The fact that they follow up with you on your appointments Is fantastic and the availability they have is phenomenal 👌🏾. Great service, I had extractions done and I had no issues, Dr Lu was quick and friendly. I will be going back for my implants in a couple months and I can’t wait!

Everyone was so friendly including Dr. Liu, And the offices are so beautiful. It feels like a spa experience with the gorgeous landscaping outside those big beautiful windows they have. I felt very well taken care of. They have an advanced technology scanning machine that I’ve never seen before. Super high tech. Perhaps in the near future we won’t have to put those awful tabs in her mouth for x-rays. Sheila's cleanings are a WONDERFUL experience...gentle, but thorough. Fantastic.

I was absolutely 100% pleased with my first visit. Sheila was awesome. It's been awhile since I've felt that good getting up out of a dental chair. I didn't catch the name of the dentist I saw but he was great too. Everyone, staff included was very professional and I look forward to having my dental work done here.

Lorizza is the best hygienist and Dr. Liu is such a good Dentist. They always take such good care and make sure you’re having the best Smile 😃Also the front desk staff really are such sweet and helpful with you they are very friendly and informed with insurance and they explain how to navigate your plan and make sure they find a schedule for your needs. I really do recommend them for your dental care no matter if you just need a cleaning or you’re having serious dental work they still make it easy and do a wonderful job. T

Not sure who the dentist associate was the cleaned my teeth on Monday Feb 26, 2024, but this person did the BEST cleaning ever, gentle, extremely thorough and pleasant, I will find out who this is and ask for this person each time. Awesome visit.
