Friendly Avenue Tire & Services

So many great experiences here, once I bought new front tires, I got several missed calls from management trying to see if I was missing center caps. I wasn’t missing them but was very impressed with their attention to detail in trying to track down the owner’s car accessories, another time I came in with no appointment needing an inspection. I could tell with the amount of cars ahead of me they were super busy but immediately got me taken care. I don’t know where you get your car serviced at, but if it’s not here you don’t know what true service is. Don’t take my word for it, try them out I promise you will be a long time loyal customer forever. Customer service is top tier here.

I have ordered tires and had an array of services done here in recent years. Steve and staff are friendly, skillful, honest, accommodating and reasonable. A pleasure.

Steve and Denise are fantastic. Always prompt and friendly service with reliable/reasonable pricing. They do much more than just tires/brakes and have done a variety of mechanical work on 6+ of my vehicles from a 1986 Camaro to 2013 Jeep.

This was my first time using them. They came highly recommended by several people and my experience with them was wonderful. From making an appointment so they were ready for me when I got there, to them working on my car everyone I interacted with was genuine and friendly. And they were even able to accomodate some extra things I hadn't originally scheduled to be done but still needed to be done such as the inspection that was due on my car before the end of October. I will definitely return for future oil changes and other maintenance needs on my car.

Respectable. Honest. Fair prices. I have never had a better experience at a car mechanic. They actually take the time to explain what is going on with your car instead of just telling you all of these technical terms you may not fully understand and a price. (Which again, they have the best prices I've come across). They really are friendly at Friendly Tire. Professionals too. I will always bring my car back to them.

Problems do pop up, family owned, what a delight when an Angel is needed.

Friendly is the right name for this business. They delivered on everything they promised and all was on time. I took my car in and went across the street and enjoyed lunch in Quaker Village. Nice little bonus there.

Steve and Denise are AMAZING! I moved to Greensboro in July and was having trouble finding a good place to take my car. So glad a friend told me about Steve at Friendly Tire. The staff is personable, fair, and great at what they do! Highly recommend!

Great business and fantastic service! I live in Winston Salem and my car threw the serpentine belt while in Greensboro. They were very helpful in helping me get a tow and quickly and efficiently fixed my truck. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I was referred by a good friend to come here for tires (and service in general). We had been taking our Honda's to Crown for years but it's infuriating there. We've been getting our tires from Taylor's for years but it's too far and the Goodyear tires just haven't lasted like we wanted. This is right in our neighborhood so I decided to give it a try. First Denise greeted me and answered all of my questions. I got all 4 tires replaced (Bridgestone) on my Pilot, an alignment, a burnt out tail light replaced, an inspection and an oil change and paid less for everything than I have paid for just tires in the past. They were fast, very knowledgeable and extremely kind and affordable. Since then my daughter broke a rim on her tire. I called them and even though they don't do rims they gave me information on who to go to. She wasn't able to get the rim repaired so we had to go to Crown (UGH) but when my daughter called to tell me that Crown replaced the rim but they said it also needs a new tire I told her pay for the rim there at Crown and get it to Friendly for the tire. She did. We got another affordable tire for her Civic and she waited maybe 5 minutes to get it put on. We will be going here for all of our future auto needs and highly recommending them to anyone who cares to listen. Thanks for being awesome :)

I've taken my car here for more than 15 years.
I always get good service, and they're honest. I've rolled my car in there before expecting a big bill only to later be told the problem was minor (and cheap). They're terrific!

Service is great! I go to Friendly ave tire and service for issues with my car..they do a great job and they are reasonable in price and they don't sell you more than what you need to fix your car.

They were very helpful in diagnosing my check engine light and getting it remedied so I could get inspected. They also repaired a punctured tire on my wife's car and inspected it while I waited. Car problems are never enjoyable, but they made both instances easy and pleasant.

Friendly tire is the only place I take my car. The front desk staff which is Denise is the friendliest person I know that works in the tire and mechanic service industry. She knows her customers and knows her information on cars! The mechanics and staff there are really nice and make sure that your car is taken care of before you leave. Plus they are not that expensive especially when it's already expensive getting your car worked on in this day in age. Thanks for yall hard work!! Keep it up!! Thanks friendly tire!!😁🚘🚗

Great customer service and fast. I went in with an appointment for an oil change and was in and out in 15 minutes.

My low tire pressure light came on just as I was driving out of town. A block later I saw Friendly Ave Tire coming up. In just a few minutes they found the low tire caused by the recent cold weather and had me on my way. Grateful for their quick fix.

This is a great place to buy tires. The service is fantastic and the attendants are friendly and will bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. I have purchased one set of tires here within the last year and plan on purchasing another set this summer for a different car.

I came in to get tire estimates. MS. Denise worked up 4 choices. She explained with knowledge about each. She had tires in that day. Next morning, they had me rolling again.
