OU Health Physicians - Pharmacy

Very nice staff. Professional and quick. Always answering the phone in a professional way and timely manner. Usually I call ahead to get a refill for my prescription and only had to wait once and it was about 10 min wait. I think they also have an option to request a refill online.

All of the University of Oklahoma medical and health facilities are first class. They are renowned around the world for being so. The pharmacy is no exception. If you need to get a prescription filled, you can come here with confidence, knowing that your prescription will be taken care of accurately and promptly, by thoroughly trained professionals who are interested in seeing that you get the proper medication.

They are very caring and helpful people. They helped me to get my medicine even tho I couldn't afford it. They cared more about me as a person then the money made!

Completely incompetent. Asked a week ago to have my prescriptions mailed to me. Got a text 5 days later (on a Saturday, when they're closed), and another on Sunday, saying "your prescriptions are ready to pick up."

I called this morning (day 7 after requesting mailing) and was told that indeed they had never bothered to put them in the mail. So now I have a choice between having them put them in the mail today & hoping they arrive before I run out; or taking time off work that I can't afford, to go and pick them up.

Such lovely concern for the well-being of their patients!
